Sivas'da köpeklerde echinococcus granulosus yaygınlığı, hidatidozun epidemiyolojisi, tanısı ve tedavisi üzerinde çalışmalar

Özet

47 ÖZET Çalışmamızda, Sivas sokak köpeklerinde, Echniococcus gra nulosus görülme sıklığını araştırmak amacı ile toplam 25 köpeğin otop sisi yapılmış ve bu köpeklerin %16 oranında Echinococcus granulosus ile enfekte olduğu bulunmuştur. Sivas ve çevresinden gelen kesim hayvanları Sivas mezbaha sında kist hidatik yönünden incelenmiş ve 1181 koyunun %58.2 sinde. 388 sığırın %39.6 sında kist hidatik saptanmıştır. Kesin kist hidatikli hasta serumları ile kist hidatikle çapraz ve yalancı reaksiyon verebilen hastalıklara alt serumlar IHA deneyi ile çalışılarak deneyin özgüllüğü ve duyarlılığı araştırılmıştır. Çalışmamızda IHA deneyinin kist hidatik için duyarlılığı %94, özgüllüğü %92 olarak bu lunmuştur. ? Deney hayvanları He ilgili araştırmalarda 60 laboratuvar faı- resl E. granulosus protoskoleksleri ile enfekte edildikten sonra Alben dazole tedavi edilmiş, farelerin 6 ay sonraki otopsilerinde kontrol gru bunda 3/9, tedavi grubunda 2/9 plasebo grubunda 1/4 oranında kist hi datik gözlenmiştir.

48 INVESTIGATION ON THE PREVALENCE OF ECHINOCOCCUS GRANU LOSUS IN DOGS IN SİVAS, EPIDEMIOLOGY, DIAGNOSIS AND TREAT MENT OF HYDATIDOSIS. SUMMARY : In this work, an investigation on % a- The prevalence of Echinococcosis in stray dogs in Sivas, b- The detection of the rate of Hydatidosis in liver and lungs the Slaughter-house animate, c- The value and place of the IHA test In the diagnosis of human Hydatidosis cases and, d- Infection of laboratory mice with Echinococcus granulosus larvae and their treatment with Albendazole has been made. Four of the 25 stray dogs were found to be infected with Echinococcus granulosus. The small intestines of the 25 stray dogs were investigated for the presence of Echinococcus granulosus. In the post mortem examination, 4 of these dogs (16%) were found to be in- fected with this parasites. The rate of hydatidosis was 58.2 %. among the sheep and 39.6 % among the cattle.49 A total of 208 sera obtained from hydatWosis cases witfc hydatidosis (71), hepatitis (30) Taeniasis saginata (6), Hymenolepiasis nana (1) and controls (100) were used in the IHA test against cyst hyda tid fluid antigen. According to our findings, the specificity of the test for hydatidosis was 92 % and sensitivity 94 %. Using the cyst hydatid fluid containing live protoscolexes, 60 laboratory mice were infected intraperitoneal iy. 20 of these mice were treated using Albendazole, 20 served as controls and the remaning 20 consituted the placebo group. In the autopsies made at the end of 6 months, the rate of cyst formation was observed to be 2/9, 3/9 and,1/4, respectively.
