Özet

Vli SUMMARY A laboratory of soiar energy research and development, ERCİYES SOLAR HOUSE, has been established and start to service. The side wall face south and roof, oriented 45°, have been built as collector. Heated air, forced through to the collector is used to heat the Solar House. Additionally, the heat transferred from air to water by a heat exchanger. Heated water is used to heat the bottom surfaces of the office areas in the Solar House. Besides to that, heated water is supplied to the main kitchen of Gevher Nesibe Medical Hospital and caused to reduce consumption of fuel-oil. The Solar House which has 120 m2 available covered area has totally 128 m2 collector area. For the purpose of the analyzing of the domestic hot water supply system in an air heated solar energy system which can be used at house, a test stand was built on the balcony, a test stand was built on the balcony of the Solar House. The test stand consist of a pair of air collectors (totally 6m2), a blower, an air to water heat exchanger, a water pump and a water storage tank. While testing, the test stand was operated different kind of weather conditions. All data, such as, date, time, solar radiation, air flow rate, water flow rate, in and out air temperatures of the collectors, in and out water temperatures of the heat exchanger. By using the collected data, the efficiencies of the collector and the effectiveness of heat exchanger have been tried to find out. The studied about the similar systems, done before, have been scanned done to produce a prototype of selective surface for air collectors. The main purpose of the test study is to define the efficiency of the heat exchanger and air collector.Vlî! In addition to these studies, an experimental study has been done to produce the black chrome selective surface for solar collectors, given in attachment - A. The measurement results of test studies are given in attachment - B, and a P/C program, written for evaluation the test results, is given in attachment - C.
