Özet
Bu araştırmada Sermüezzin Rifat Bey'in hayatından, yaşadığı dönem gelişmelerinden, mûsiki eğitiminden, bestekârlığından, çalıştığı kurumlardan ve dönem içerisinde etkileşim kurduğu diğer bestekârlardan bahsedilmiştir. İncelediğimiz çeşitli güfte mecmualarında, bestelerinden bir kısmının güftelerine ulaşılmıştır. Mecmuaların 19. Yüzyıla ait olmaları sebebiyle Osmanlıca olan metinleri, günümüz harflerine çevrilerek eserlerin notalarına eklenmiştir. Çeşitli mecmualardan ve nota koleksiyonlarından ulaştığımız toplamda 266 adet eseri“Finale 2011”nota yazım programı kullanılarak notaya alınmıştır. Bu eserlerden 22 tanesini notası ilk defa bu çalışma ile tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile farklı bestekârlara ait olarak kaydedilen eserlerin Rifat Bey adına tespiti yapılarak, Sermüezzin Rifat Bey'in unutulmuş birçok eseri güfte ve nota itibariyle tedkik edilerek, tashih edilmiş şekilleriyle Türk Müziği repertuvarına kazandırılmaya çalışılmıştır.

In this research, Sermüezzin Rifat Bey talked about his life, his period experiences, his musical education, his composing, the institutions he worked with and other composers he interacted during the period. In the various lyrics we studied, the songs of some of his compositions were reached. The Ottoman texts, due to their belonging to the 19th century, have been added to the notes of the works by being translated into modern letters. A total of 266 works from various journals and notation collections were taken into consideration using the“Finale 2011”note writing program. Of these works, 22 notes were identified for the first time in this study. In this study the works recorded as belonging to different composers were determined in the name of Rifat Bey, and Sermüezzin Rifat Bey was investigated for many forgotten manuscripts and notes, and tried to be reintroduced to Turkish music repertoire with corrected forms.
