148 finance policy of the state and private sector and operational investmeis&s make tourism output difficult and these course the decrease in investments in this sector.147 takes the spesific problems of tourism seetor in to account and is accepted by both private and state credit establishments. 3. The problems related to the foreign credits usvally involues state's economic policies. The problems of inflation and devaluation increases the burden of the investors. The solution of this problem depens on the improvement of general economic balances of the country. 4. The major problems of foreign capital are related to the regulations and general economic condition. Regulations are old and need changes. In addition to these foreign capital prefers stable economics. The general balance of teh economy must be improued. 5. The problems, about the export of drafts. The problems can be sold as follows: draft cast, the negative changes taking place in the finance structure of the establishment which is depoendent on time, These changes may put the establishment in jeepardy. The inflation being so high in our country it is a finance methodwhich is no longer valid for providing cheap fund. 6. The problems of modern finance tools: They are related to the fact that there kinds of finances are new and the regulations in Turkey are either insufficent or absent. To solve this problem primarily dependi on the making new regulations There finance techniques that arouse as a requirement of the change in Turkish tourism must be used in Turkish tourism in a determined way as soon as pouible. As a result it can be said that the problems of foeign finance offect the vital functions of an establishment negatively, decrease the productivity of the establishments, and cause source waste. With some pre-studies some of these problems can be managed, but the inefficiant148 finance policy of the state and private sector and operational investmeis&s make tourism output difficult and these course the decrease in investments in this sector.
