Özet
Bu betimsel çalışmanın amacı, ortaokul ve lise öğrencilerinin DKAB öğretmenlerini dini ve ahlaki bir model olarak nasıl algıladıklarının incelenmesidir. Araştırma modelden öğrenmenin kuramsal açıdan ele alınmasıyla başlamaktadır. Eğitim bilimleri alanında sosyal öğrenme kuramı temelinde modelden öğrenmenin özellikleri ve süreci incelenmiştir. Ardından İslam eğitim geleneğinde modelden öğrenmenin yeri araştırılmıştır. Son olarak dini ve ahlaki davranışların eğitiminde modelden öğrenme süreci ele alınmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim yılında Samsun il merkezinde eğitim gören ortaokul ve lise öğrencileridir. Nicel veri toplama araçları Mayıs 2017 tarihinde evrenden basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 1253 deneğe uygulanmıştır. Veriler örneklemden araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen anket ve ölçek yoluyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda öğrencilerin, dini ve ahlaki davranışları öğrenmede model alma yolundan faydalandıkları ve aileden sonra DKAB öğretmenini dini ve ahlaki bir model olarak gördükleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğrenciler DKAB öğretmeni ile iyi iletişim kurabilmekte ve DKAB öğretmeninin dini ve ahlaki davranışlarını yüksek düzeyde gözlemlemektedir. Öğrencilerin DKAB öğretmeninden dürüstlük, sabır, saygı, hoşgörü, güler yüz ve merhamet gibi ahlaki davranışları yüksek düzeyde model aldıkları anlaşılmıştır. Öğrencilerin DKAB öğretmeninin namaz, oruç ve Kur'an okuma gibi dini davranışlarını orta düzeyde model almaktadır. Öğrenciler DKAB öğretmeninde olumsuz davranışı gözlemleyen öğrenci oranı düşüktür. Öğrencilere göre ideal DKAB öğretmeni ahlaklı, etkili iletişim kurabilen, bilgili, dersi etkili işleyen ve dindar bir öğretmen olmalıdır. Araştırmanın sonucunda DKAB öğretmenlerinin öğrenciler için daha çok ahlaki bir model olduğu anlaşılmıştır.

The aim of this descriptive study is to examine how secondary and high school students perceive DKAB teachers as religious and moral model. This research starts with a theoretical overview of model learning. Firstly, the development and characteristics of model learning have been studied on the basis of social learning theory in the field of educational sciences. Then, place of model learning in the Islamic education tradition has been examined. Finally, the process of model learning in the education of religious and moral behavior has been handled. The universe of search consists of middle school and high school pupils studying Samsun city center during 2016-2017 academic year. Quantitative data collection tools were applied on the 1253 test subjects who were selected with simple random sampling method from the universe on May 2017. The data were collected through a questionnaire and scale developed by the researcher from the sample. At the end of the research, it was revealed that the students learn the religious and moral behaviors by model learning and accept teachers as religious and moral models after their families. Students can have good communication with their DKAB teachers, and they consider that DKAB teachers' religious and moral attitudes are at a high level. It is understood that the students modeled DKAB teachers' moral behaviors such as honesty, patience, respect, tolerance, smiling, and compassion to a high level. Students model the DKAB teachers' religious behaviors such as prayer, fasting and reading the Qur'an at a medium level. They easily reflect the moral characteristics learned from DKAB teachers on their own behaviors. The rate of the students who observe negative teacher is low. According to the students, an ideal DKAB teacher should be a moral, effective communicative, knowledgeable, efficient and devout teacher. At the end of the research, it was understood that DKAB teachers are moral models for students.
