Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışmada üniversite öğrencilerinin okul tükenmişliği puanları ile algılanan sosyal destek ve yaşam doyumu arasındaki yordayıcı ilişkilerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda üniversite öğrencilerinin algılanan sosyal destek ve yaşam doyumu puanlarının okul tükenmişliği üzerindeki yordayıcı rolü belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Yöntem: Bu çalışma, üniversite öğrencilerinde okul tükenmişliği ile algılanan sosyal destek ve yaşam doyumu arasındaki yordayıcı ilişkileri ele alan ilişkisel tarama türünde betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmada“Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği-Öğrenci Formu”,“Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği”,“Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği”ve“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre üniversite öğrencilerinin algılanan sosyal destek ve yaşam doyumu puanları arttığında okul tükenmişlik puanlarının azalmakta olduğu; algılanan sosyal destek ve yaşam doyumu puanlarının okul tükenmişliğinin anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda okul tükenmişliğinin üniversite öğrencileri için risk kaynağı olduğu ve üniversite öğrencilerinin yaşam doyumları ile algıladıkları sosyal desteğinin okul tükenmişliğinin ortaya çıkmasında önemli bir röle sahip olduğu saptanmıştır.

Purpose: In this study, it is aimed to investigate the predictive relationships between school burnout scores of perceived social support and life satisfaction of university students. In this context, it was tried to determine the predictive role of university students' perceived social support and life satisfaction scores on school burnout. Method: This study is a descriptive study in the type of associative screening that addresses the predictive relationships between school burnout and perceived social support and life satisfaction in university students.“Maslach Burnout Scale-Student Form”,“Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale”,“Life Satisfaction Scale”and“Personal Information Form”were used in the research. Findings: According to the results obtained from the research, the school burnout scores are decreasing when the perceived social support and life satisfaction scores of the university students increase; perceived social support and life satisfaction scores were found to be a significant predictor of school exhaustion. Results: It was determined that school exhaustion was a risk source for university students in the direction of findings from the survey and that social support perceived by the life satisfaction of university students had an important role in the emergence of school exhaustion.
