Özet

Ahidname defterleri, Osmanlı Devleti tarafından yabancı ülkelere verilen ahidnamelerin ve bu ahidnamelerin uygulamalarını yansıtan hükümlerin kaydedildiği defterlerdir. Tespitlerimize göre ahidname defterleri ile ilgili sınırlı sayıda çalışma bulunmaktadır. Bu alandaki çalışmaların sınırlı olması bizi daha önce müstakil olarak çalışılmayan Lehistan Ahidname Defteri'ni incelemeye yöneltmiştir. Çalışmamız, 55/1 numaralı Lehistan Ahidname Defteri'nin transkripsiyon ve değerlendirilmesinden oluşmaktadır. Defterde 6 ahidnâme, 3 suret, 1 tercüme kağıdı ve 100 hüküm kaydı yer almaktadır. 51/1 numaralı Lehistan Ahidname Defteri'ne göre; ahidnameler ticaretin düzenlenmesi ve devamlılığının sağlanması, ticaret esnasında güvenliğin oluşturulması ve sınır güvenliği için yapılan anlaşmalardır. Defterde geçen 6 tane ahidnamede bu konular açık bir şekilde ifade edilmiştir. Ahidnamelerdeki maddelerin uygulanması hususunda Osmanlı Devleti çok titiz davranmıştır. Bundan dolayı ahidnamede yer alan her bir maddenin sorunsuz bir şekilde yerine getirilmesi için görevlilere ayrı ayrı hükümler göndermiştir. Çalışmamız Osmanlı Devleti'nin diplomasi tarihi kaynakları arasında yer alan ahidname defterlerini anlamaya katkı yapmayı amaçlamaktadır.

The treaty registers are ones in which the treaties given by the Ottoman State to foreign countries and the decrees reflecting the applications of these treaties were recorded. According to our studies, there have existed a limited number of works related to the treaty registers. The fact that the works were limited directed us to examiner the treaty register of Poland which was not worked as an individual study before. Our study consists of the transcription of the treaty register of Poland with the number of 55/1 and its evaluation. There are 6 treaties, 3 copies of decrees, 1 translation of a treaty and 100 decrees in the register. According to the treaty register of Poland with the number of 55/1, the treaties are the pacts done for organizing the commerce and providing its durability, being formed of security in commercial actions and security of boundary. These topics are written clearly in the 6 treaties existing in the register. The Ottoman State became meticulous in applying the articles of the treaties. Therefore, it sent separate orders to officials so that each article in the treaties was put into practice free of problems. Our thesis aims to contribute to understanding the treaty registers being among sources for the diplomatic history of the Ottoman State.
