Özet
İfâde, insanın duygu ve düşüncelerinin bir tezâhürüdür. Kişi maksadını kendine özgü bir biçimde ifâde eder. Bu ifâde biçimi kişiden kişiye ve olaydan olaya değişebilmektedir. Kişinin maksadını dile ve yazıya dökme biçimi de o kişiye ait ifâde tarzını yani üslûbunu oluşturur. Aynı minvalde Kur'ân-ı Kerîm ve hadis-i şerîflerin de ilâhî mesajları iletmede nevi şahsına münhasır üslûp biçimleri vardır. Kur'ân-ı Kerîm ve hadis-i şerîflerin üslûbuna vâkıf olmak, verilmek istenen mesajı doğru anlama noktasında önemli bir mihenk taşıdır. Bu üslûplardan birisi de tezimizin konusu olan üslûbu'l-hakîm sanatıdır. Temeli soru-cevapta, cevabın beklenmedik biçimde olmasına dayanan bu üslûp çeşidi hem Kur'ân-ı Kerîm hem de Hz. Peygamber'in sözlerinde pek çok hikmete binaen kullanılmıştır. Bu üslûp, edebî olmasının yanı sıra ahlâkî açıdan da muhâtaba nasıl soru sorulması gerektiğini göstermiş ve onu kendi menfaati için daha uygun olana yönlendirmiştir. Çalışmamızda öncelik olarak bu sanatın temelini oluşturan üslûp kavramı incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda üslûbun Arap edebiyatında incelendiği alanlar olan fesâhat ve belâgat kavramları hakkında değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Ayrıca üslûbu'l-hakîm sanatına dair Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'de yer alan sınırlı sayıdaki örnekler ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın ana konusu olan üçüncü bölümde ise Sahîh-i Buhârî'de yer alan ve bu sanatı ihtivâ eden otuz üç hadis detaylı olarak incelenmiştir.

Statement, is a sign of human emotion and thoughts. The person expresses his intention in a specific way. This form of expression can vary from person to person and from case to case. The way of expressing the essence of the quiche and putting it in writing forms the expression style of that person. That is, form the style. In the same way, the Qur'an and the hadiths have their own styles of style in conveying divine messages. Knowing the Qur'an and the style of hadiths is an important milestone in understanding the message to be given. One of these styles is the art of usloobu'l-hakeem, which is the subject of my thesis. This type of style is based on the unexpected form of the answer in the basic question-answer, many wisdom has been used in the building, both in the Qur'an and in the words of the Prophet. This style, in addition to being literary, has also shown how the question of morality must be questioned and directed it to be more appropriate for its own benefit. In our work, the concept of style, which forms the basis of this art, is examined first. In this context, the concepts of eloquence and rhetoric, which are the areas studied in Arabic literature, have been evaluated. In addition to, a limited number of examples in the Qur'an on the art of usloobu'l-hakeem, have been discussed. In the third chapter, which is the main subject of the study, the hadiths in Sahih Bukhari which contains this art are examined in detail.
