Özet
Medeniyet gerek anlayış gerek davranış gerekse yaşayış olarak milletler arası kabul gören ortak bir değerdir. Bu ortak değerin yegâne kaynağı ise her milletin kendisine özgü kültürüdür. Şüphesiz ki tarih sahnesinde en önemli ve en fazla ön plana çıkan medeniyetlerin arasında İslâm medeniyeti de bulunmaktadır. İslâm medeniyetine çeşitli sanat ve ilim dallarında katkı sunan her bireyin duyu organları bakımından engelsiz olduğu elbette ki düşünülemez. Zira görme engellilerin, dil, şiir, belağat, fıkıh, tefsir ve hadis gibi birçok alanda söz sahibi oldukları ve bu medeniyete önemli katkı sağladıkları bilinen bir gerçektir. Bu açıdan ele alınan çalışmada bu gerçeğe detaylı bir şekilde değinilip görme engellilerin rolü üzerinde durulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte konu ilgili bazı kavramlara yer verilerek özellikle“görme engelli”anlamına gelen el-kefîf ve el-mekfûf kavramları ile bu kavramların türevleri üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde, görme engellilerin İslâm medeniyetindeki rolü anlatılarak Arapça eğitim, öğretim, kıraat, tefsir, edebiyat, tarih, rivayet ve biyografi alanındaki katkılarına etraflıca değinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise İslâm medeniyetinde görme engellilerin sınıfları tabakalar şeklinde ele alınmıştır. Bu tabakalar arasında kadılar, yazarlar, kurralar, müfessirler, hadisçiler, fıkıhçılar, şairler ve edebiyatçıların oluşturdukları tabakalara ayrıca dikkat çekilmiş ve çalışma, sonuç ve bazı önerilerin verilmesiyle sonlandırılmıştır.

There are many different meanings of (palm - Alkaf) in the language and terminology, and with this diversity, it revolves in its meaning and structure. The meaning depending on geography and region meanings. The meanings of the word revolves around the prevention, it is the sight of the blind, has been prevented from seeing, the real blind is the blindness of vision, not the blindness of sight. How many blind people have surpassed other visionaries in various fields? Hence, this research, in which I wanted to demonstrate the truth that is hidden to many people, is that real blindness is the blindness of insight, not blindness of vision. By tracking the movement of the blind in the history of the Islamic state many of the blind have contributions that can't be denied. They have vital roles in many sciences and arts in literature, language, poetry, rhetoric, jurisprudence, interpretation, Hadith, and transport and mental sciences. The history of the Islamic state bears witness to the superiority of these blind people Throughout history superiority confirms that loss of sight grant from God - the Almighty – If this person invested his companions, and did not stand in front idly, and here the researcher wanted through this research to stand on those contributions and achievements line had blind letters of light throughout history. Experiencing them with its high prestige and status, and talk began this message definition to stop and its derivatives by standing on the linguistic and terminological meaning, then bent by talking about synonyms of blindness, and the statement of minutes differences between those synonyms, and the verses of Quran also presented for the blind and blindness. Then the role of Islamic states throughout the eras of Islam has been presented on how they protected the right of blind peoples. Our Prophet also peace be upon him cared so much about the blind people and the way to support others. The study of the role of blind people in the Islamic civilization played a role in the religious, social, economic, and scientific role of the blind, and then on the role of the blind in the Islamic civilization. Their contributions to the science of transport and mental, and their learning and education, and then the research presented many points on the blind who were famous in certain sciences, the classical blind poets, and the classical writers, scholars, modernists, linguists, and scholars, interpreters.
