Özet
Türklerin İslamiyeti kabülünden sonra Resulullah'a (s.a.v) karşı duymuş oldukları derin sevgi, hürmet ve özlem, onları Hz. Peygamber'in mübarek hilyesi ve şemâili hakkında bilgi sahibi olmaya yöneltmiştir. Bunun sonucunda da hadis literatüründe ve edebi türlerde Resulullah'ın (s.a.v) hilyesi hakkında eserler telif etmişlerdir. Osmanlı döneminde 16. yüzyılda edebi tür olarak ortaya çıkan hilye-i şerîfler, Hz. Muhammed'e (s.a.v) duyulan hasretin, sevginin ve özlemin bir ifadesi olmuştur. Bu tezin amacı günümüze kadar araştırılmamış, Hz. Peygamber'in hilyesi hakkında yazılan eserleri tanıtarak Hilye-i Şerifler'in fiziki özellikleri ve tarihi gelişimi hakkında bilgi vermek ve bu eserlerde yer alan rivayetleri sıhhat açısından incelemektir. Hilye levhalarında yer alan hadisler incelenirken, rivayetlerin mevcut hadis kitaplarında olup olunmadığına değinilmiştir. Daha sonra hadislerin tahrici yapılarak, sıhhat derecesi incelenmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışma, hilyelerde yer alan hadislerin ne kadar sağlıklı olup olmadığını ortaya koymuştur

After the acceptance of Islam, the profound love, longing and respect that the Turks have had for the Messenger of Allah, have led them to have knowledge about blessed appearence and outward features of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). As a result of this, in hadith literature and in literary genres, the works of of the Prophet (pbuh) 's blessed forms, shapes and outward appearence have been copyrighted. The works of "hilyah al-sharifs''(blessed outward apperences) emerged as literary genres in the 16th century during the Ottoman period, that became an expression of longing, loving and yearning for the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). The aim of this thesis is to give information and present the physical features and historical developments of Hilyah al-Sharifs', which have not been investigated until todays, As much as to give information about the Prophet's (pbuh) blessed appearences by introducing and examining the narrations contained in these works in the terms of soundness. While the hadiths on the plates and boards of the hilyah are being examined, it is mentioned whether the narrations are in the existed hadith books. Later on, the authanticity of hadiths were studied and cross-references examined by ascertainment. This study has revealed how well and whether or not authanticity are the hadiths in the works of hilyahs.
