Özet
Bu araştırma; Doğu Anadolu Bölgesinde bulunan güzel sanatlar liseleri müzik bölümlerinin mevcut durumlarının öğretmen görüşleri açısından değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada veriler Ağrı Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, Bingöl Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, Bitlis Ziya Eren Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, Elazığ Kaya Karakaya Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, Erzincan Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, Erzurum Yakutiye Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, Kars Gülahmet Aytemiz Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, Malatya Abdulkadir Eriş Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, Muş Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, Van Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi, Iğdır Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi müzik bölümlerinde görev yapan 78 müzik öğretmenine 6 sorudan oluşan kişisel bilgiler ve 40 sorudan oluşan 5'li likert tipi anket uygulanarak sağlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda nicel bir araştırmadır. Yapılan çalışmada Doğu Anadolu Bölgesinde bulunan 11 tane güzel sanatlar lisesine anket soruları gönderilmiş olup okullarda görev yapan müzik öğretmenleri gönüllülük esasına dayanarak anket sorularını cevaplamışlardır. Öğretmenlere uygulanan anket müzik bölümlerinin yeterli sayıda öğretmene sahip olup olmadığı, okulların fiziki çalışma koşulları, ders materyalleri, müzik eğitimiyle ilgili haftalık ders saatlerinin ve konser etkinliklerinin yeterliliği ile ilgili konuları içermektedir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre öğretmen sayılarına genel olarak bakıldığında orta düzeyde yeterli olduğu görülmüştür. Fiziki çalışma koşullarının yeterliliği vasatın altında kaldığı ve ders materyallerinin ise yetersiz olduğu saptanmıştır. Haftalık ders saatlerinin ve öğrencilerin gelişimi için il/ilçe içerisinde yapılan etkinlik sayısının ise orta düzeyde yeterli olduğu saptanmıştır.

This research aims at evaluating the ongoing situation of music departments of the fine arts high schools located at Eastern Anatolia Region with respect to the teachers' point of view. The data of this research were provided via applying the questionnaires composed of 6 personal information questions and 40 questions prepared within 5-likert scale questionnaires proposed to 78 music teachers who work in the music departments at Ağrı Fine Arts High School, Bingöl Fine Arts High School, Bitlis Ziya Eren Fine Arts High School, Elazığ Kaya Karakaya Fine Arts High School, Erzincan Fine Arts High School, Erzurum Yakutiye Fine Arts High School, Kars Gülahmet Aytemiz Fine Arts High School, Malatya Abdulkadir Eriş Fine Arts High School, Muş Fine Arts High School, Van Fine Arts High School, Iğdır Fine Arts High School. In this respect, it is a quantitative research. In the study, the questionnaires were sent to total of 11 fine arts high school located at Eastern Anatolia Region and the teachers in charge there submit their responses on a volunteer basis. The questionnaires contain the questions of whether the numbers of the teachers are sufficient in music department, the physical conditions of the schools, course materials, the sufficiency of the weekly music hours during the music education and the sufficiency of the concert activities. According to data obtained from the research, the numbers of the teachers in charge seem, in general, on a mid-range level sufficiency. The physical conditions were determined as below the mid-range level and the course materials were found to be as low level in sufficiency. The weekly hours and the numbers of the activities which are organized within the Province/County for the development of the students were determined as on mid-range level.
