Özet
Bu araştırma, bir yabancı diller okulundaki takım liderlerinin, takım çalışmasına dayalı okul sistemi ve bu sistemin okul etkililiği üzerindeki algılarını saptamak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan araştırma ile, organizasyon yapısı değiştirilerek takım sistemi ile yönetilen bir okuldaki takım liderlerinin görüşlerine başvurularak yetki paylaşımının önemine vurgu yapmak ve yönetim takımlarını ön plana çıkarmak hedeflenmiştir. Temel amaç, durumu kendi ortamında inceleyerek değerlendirmek, detayları ile betimlemek ve yansıtmaktır. Bu amaç dahilinde alt problemler oluşturulmuştur. 1. alt problem takım sisteminden önceki eski yönetim sürecine ilişkin takım lideri görüşleri; 2.alt problem şu anki yönetim süreçlerine ilişkin takım lideri görüşleri; 3.alt problem takım çalışmasına ilişkin görüşler; 4.alt problem okul etkililiğine ilişkin görüşler; 5. alt problem takım sisteminin okul etkililiği üzerindeki etkileri; 6. alt problem kaliteli eğitim ortamının sağlanmasına ilişkin çözüm önerileri olarak belirlenmiştir. Yapılan araştırma, nitel bir durum çalışmasıdır. Bu araştırmada, bütüncül tek durum deseni kullanılmıştır ve takım liderlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği ile veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmaya ilişkin detaylı literatür taraması yapılmıştır ve alanyazında yansıtılmıştır. Görüşmeler ses kaydı yoluyla kayıt altına alınarak taranmış ve görüşme metinlerinden anlamlı kod ve temalar oluşturularak durum betimlemiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular ışığında, eğitim yönetimi alanına yeni bir bakış açısı getirmek ve eğitim yöneticilerine mesleki gelişim yönünden katkılar sağlamak hedeflenmektedir. Ayrıca, bu araştırmanın bulguları, yabancı diller okullarına dair iyileştirme girişimlerine katkıda bulunma potansiyeline sahiptir.

This research was carried out in order to determine the team leaders' perceptions about the school system based on team work and its impacts on school effectiveness in a foreign languages school. In this research, it is aimed to emphasize sharing authority and feature management teams by consulting team leaders' views in a school managed through team work system after the organizational structure had been restructured. The fundamental aim of this research is to evaluate, depict and reflect the situation in detail in its own environment. In line with this aim, sub-problems were created. The first sub-problem is the perceptions of the team leaders related to the previous management processes; the second one is the perceptions of the team leaders related to current management processes; the third one is the perceptions related to team work; the fourth one is perceptions related to school effectiveness; the fifth one is the effects of the team system on school effectiveness and the sixt sub-problem is the proposals of the team leaders related to quality education environment. This research is a qualitative case study. In this study, the data collection was carried out through semi-structured interview technique using single instrumental case study design. A detailed compilation of literature search related to this research was conducted and shared in the literature review part. The interviews were recorded via voice recorder and by creating meaningful codes and themes from the interview texts, the situation was depicted and interpreted. In the light of the findings of this research, it is aimed to present a new perspective in the field of educational management and to contribute education managers in terms of professional development. Additionally, the findings of this study have the potential to support the developmental attempts of the foreign language schools.
