Özet

Bu tezin amacı, Güneydoğu sorunu ile din faktörü arasındaki ilişkiyi irdeleyip incelemek ve elde edilen bilgiler ışığında sorunun çözümüne ilişkin öneriler geliştirmektir. Araştırma, Belgesel Gözlem Yöntemine dayanmaktadır. Araştırmada din faktörü, bölge halkına yönelik yapılan propaganda da kullanılan İslami kavram ve mesajlarla sınırlandırıldı. Araştırmanın birinci bölümü, Cumhuriyet öncesi ve Cumhuriyet döneminde Güneydoğu Sorununun tarihi gelişimi özelliklerine göre evrelere ayrılarak işlendi. Bölüm sonunda Güneydoğu Bölgesinde din olgusunun toplumsal yapı üzerindeki etkisi incelendi, ikinci bölümde, Güneydoğu sorunu farklı (Resmi, PKK, İslamcı ) yaklaşımlarla değerlendirildi. Üçüncü bölümde, Güneydoğu sorunu ile din faktörü arasındaki ilişkinin değişik boyutkarı incelendi. Dördüncü bölümde ise, Güneydoğu sorunu ile ilgili öne sürülen çözüm önerileri, Türkiye koşullan değerlendirilerek tartışıldı. Çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde, Güneydoğu sorununun sadece bir terör sorunu olmadığı, tarihi, dini ve ekonomik boyutlarının da bulunduğu, sosyo-kültürel reformlarla istismar edilen faktörlerin ortadan kaldırılması gerektiği, halkın beklentileri ile terör örgütü amacının farklı olduğu, ulus devlet simgelerinin aşırı vurgulanması ayrımcılığı teşvik ettiği, bütünleştirmeyi güçlendirmek için sivil organizasyonların da katılımını teşvik etmek gerektiği önerildi.

52 SUMMARY The purpose of this thesis is to study the relationship between the problem of“South-Eastern”(Güneydoğu Sorunu) and the factor of religion and to come up with solutions to the pheromenon in the light of data.The research is based on the Documentary Observing method. In this study, the factor of religion has been restricted to the conception and messages of Islam which have been used in the propagandas directed to people living in the region. In the first chapter, the historical development of the phenomenon during the pro and postrepublic period in Turkey have been distinguished and issued through specifying it to some stages. Towards the end, the effect of the fact of religion over the social administration has been observed. In the second chapter, the phenomenon has been assessed with different approaches like Formal, PKK, Islamic etc. In the third chapter, the phenomenon has been examined with different dimensions. In the fourth chapter, the solutions brought up to the problem of the South-Eastern have been discussed on and judged through taking Turkey's conditions into consideration. As a result of this study, it was suggested that the problem of the South-Eastern wasn't to be a mere problem of terrorism, but had some53 Furthermore, the necessity of demolish of the factors which have been exploitated due to socio-cultural reforms and the fact that the expectation of people of the region and the aim of the seperatist party were completely different from each other were pointed out. Consequently, it was stated that the overhelmihg emphasis of the Nation- State notation was to encourage discrimination and to support the integration the civil organizations should be incited waa recommended.
