Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı aynı ilçelerde (Avcılar ve Beylikdüzü) bulunan ilköğretim 2. kademe devlet okulları ve özel okullarda görev yapan müzik öğretmenlerinin meslekte ekonomik-fiziki koşullar, sosyal ve psikolojik bakımdan yaşadıkları sorunların benzerlikleri ve farklılıklarına ilişkin görüşlerinin belirlenerek karşılaştırılması bunun eğitime yansıtılması ve öneminin ortaya konması amaçlanmaktadır. Tarama modelinin kullanıldığı bu araştırma 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında İstanbul İlindeki Avcılar ve Beylikdüzü İlçelerinde görev yapan 73 müzik öğretmeninden elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, Müzik öğretmenlerinin bazı kişisel özelliklerini belirlemek için hazırlanan kişisel bilgi formu ve meslekte yaşadıkları sorunları belirlemek için araştırmacı tarafından 32 sorudan oluşan anket maddeleri aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Anket sorularında ilk 10 soru ekonomik, 11-20. sorular arası sosyal, 21-32. sorular arası ise psikolojik sorunlarını belirlemek amacı ile oluşturulmuştur. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alfa değeri 0.65 olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS 22 istatistik program yardımıyla değerlendirilmiş ve çözümlemeleri yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda müzik öğretmenlerinin meslekte yaşadıkları ekonomik sorunlarda 1.3.4.7. sorulara verilen cevapta farklılık olduğu; 2.5.6.8.9.10. sorulara verilen cevaplarda benzerlik olduğu, sosyal sorunlarda 14.16.17. sorulara verilen yanıtlarda farklılık olduğu;11.12.13.15.18.19.20. sorulara verilen yanıtlarda benzer sorunların olduğu, psikolojik sorunlarında ise 21.27.29. sorulara verilen cevaplarda farklılık olduğu ve 22.23.24.25.26.28.30.31.32. sorulara verilen cevaplarda ise benzer sonuçlar olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The purpose of this research is to determine the opinions about economic-physical conditions in the profession and the similarities and the differences of social and psychological problems of music teachers working in public schools and private schools of the secondary schools of the primary education in the same districts (Avcılar and Beylikdüzü) and also this research aims to compare these opinions, their reflections on education and show its importance. Survey model was used in this research and this research was prepared in accordance with data obtained from 73 music teachers working in Avcılar and Beylidüzü Districts in Istanbul in the 2016-2017 academic year. Research data was gathered through personal information form prepared to determine some personal characteristics of music teachers and survey it through 32 questions by the researcher to determine the problems they experienced in the profession. In survey questions, first ten questions were created to determine economic problems, the questions 11_20 were created to determine social problems and the questions between 21_32 were created to determine psychological problems. The Cronbach's Alpha value of the scale was found to be 0.65. The obtained data was evaluated with the help of SPSS 22 statistical program and its analyses were made. As a result of the research, there were differences in the responses to 1st, 3rd, 4th, 7thquestions and there were similarities in the responses to 2nd, 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th questions about economic problems experienced by music teachers in the profession. About social problems, there were differences in the responses to 14th, 16th, 17th questions and there were similar problems in the responses to 11th,12th, 13th, 15th, 18th, 19th, 20th questions. And about psycological problems, there were differences in the responses to 21st, 27th, 29th questions and there were similar results in the responses to 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 28th, 30th, 31st, 32nd questions.
