Özet
Bugün ısınmadan üretime ve taşımaya kadar hemen her alanda kullanmakta olduğumuz fosil yakıtların dünya genelinde azalması, insanlığın enerjiye olan ihtiyacı ve çevresel kirlilik yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarından alternatif olarak enerji elde edilmesine yönelik çalışmaları çoğaltmıştır. Biokütle alanında yapılan, çalışmalar ihtiyacımız olan enerjiyi elde etmemizi sağlarken atıkların bertarafını kolaylaştırarak çevresel kirliliğin azalmasına da katkı sağlamaktadır. Türkiye bu konuda üzerine düşeni biyokütle ile ilgili teknolojinin kullanımını yaygınlaştırmaya çalışarak akademik, endüstriyel alanlarda ulusal ve uluslararası çalışmalar yaparak, yeni tesisler kurarak anayasada bu konu ile ilgili yeni kanun ve kurallar oluşturarak ilgili bölümlerle üniversitelerde eğitim sağlayarak yerine getirmeye çalışmaktadır. ne yazık ki ülke geneli ve birkaç il için çeşitli çalışmalar yapılmış olsa da bu konuda Kayseri ve benzer pek çok il bazında yapılmış detaylı çalışmalar yoktur. Kayseri tarımsal ve hayvansal faaliyetler, endüstriyel atıklar ve kentsel atıklar açısından zengin bir ildir. Bu nedenden dolayı bu çalışmada Kayseri ilinde mevcut biyokütle potansiyeli araştırılmış ilin enerji üretimine faydalı olabilecek pilot bir biyogaz tesisinin teknik ve ekonomik analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda Kayseri ilinin hayvansal, bitkisel ve kentsel atıklardan elde edilebilecek toplam teorik biyokütle potansiyeli yıllık yaklaşık 10 milyon tondur. Bundan elde edilebilecek toplam teorik enerji potansiyeli ise yılda yaklaşık 4 milyon TOE /yıl olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu da şehirdeki 2200 civarında konutun elektrik ihtiyacının karşılanması demektir. Sonuç olarak Kayseri ilinde mevcut atıklara dayalı bir biyogaz tesisin bulunmaması şehir için önemli bir eksikliktir ve şehrin gelişmesi, çevresel temizliği, atık bertarafı ve sosyolojik açıdan olumlu sonuçların elde edilebilmesi için bu tip tesislerin en kısa sürede kurulması gereklidir.

At the present time the decrease of fossil fuels that we use nearly in every area from heating and production to transportation throughout the world, the need of energy for mankind, and the environmental pollution has increased the studies about obtaining energy alternatively from renewable energy sources. The studies made about biomass provide us to obtain the energy that we need, while providing contribution to the decrease of environmental pollution by facilitating the disposal of various wastes. By trying to generalize the technology usage about biomass and by making national and international studies in academic and industrial areas, founding plants, and creating new codes and rules about this subject in his constitution, and by providing education in the universities with the related departments Turkey is trying to do his part on this subject. But although various studies were made about this subject for a few provinces country-wide, there are no any detailed studies that were made for Kayseri and many other cities. Kayseri is a rich city in terms of agricultural and livestock activities, industrial and municipal wastes. For this reason in this study available biomass potential of Kayseri province was investigated and the technical and economic analysis of a pilot biogas plant which can be beneficial to the energy production of the city was made. In the end of this study total theoretical biomass potential of Kayseri Province which can be obtained from all animals, plants and municipal wastes is annually 10 million tones. The total theoretical electrical energy potential that can be obtained from this was determined as nearly 4 million TOE/year. So this means you can meet the energy need of 2200 homes found in the city. In conclusion absence of availability of such biogas plants in Kayseri Province is an important lack and it is needed to establish these kinds of plants for the development of the city, environmental cleaning, waste disposal and obtaining positive results in terms of sociological development in the earliest time.
