Özet
Dünyada işletmeler arasında yıkıcı rekabet ile birlikte süreçlerde sosyal kayıpların büyüklükleri sosyal sorumluluk düşüncelerini ve projelerini gündeme getirmiştir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı lojistik ve tedarik zincirinde sosyal sorumluluğun gelişimi ve uygulama sorunlarını ve yöntemlerini araştırmaktır. Çalışma dört bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölüm, sorun ve çalışma yönteminin tanıtılması ve açıklanması odaklıdır. İkinci bölüm, çalışma için kullanılan materyal ve yöntem araştırması odaklıdır. Üçüncü bölüm, lojistik ve tedarik zinciri şirketlerinde sosyal sorumluluk düşüncesi ve uygulama yöntemi işletmelerde izlenen sosyal sorumluluk düşüncesi, yöntemleri ve uygulamaları doğrultusunda ilerletilmiştir. Dördüncü bölüm ise, tartışma, sonuç ve öneri odaklıdır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre lojistik işletmelerinin sosyal sorumluluk düşünceleri, diğer işletmeler yönünde insana, insanın toplumu sosyo-ekonomik gelişmesine önem ve değer vermesi gerektiği belirginlik kazanır. Uzun dönemde işletmelerin en önemli sosyal sorumluluk düşüncesi ve uygulamaları, eğitimin kalitesinin artırılarak eğitime ve araştırmaya önem verilmesi düşüncesidir. İnsanların yeteneklerini, becerilerini, performanslarını ve verimliliklerini artırması; sosyo-ekonomik katma değerler üretmesi odaklı eğitim ve araştırma projeleridir. Sosyal sorumluluk çalışmalarının giderek daha önemli hâle geldiği günümüz koşullarında kârlı olma, yasalara uyma, etik olma ve iyi bir vatandaş olma gerekliliklerinin işletmeler tarafından yerine getirilmesinin şart olduğu yönünde sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Çalışma; işletmelere ilişkin sosyal sorumluluk düşüncelerinin yöntemlerinin, çözümlemelerinin ve uygulamalarının farklı bir lojistik tedarik zinciri süreçlerine işletmelerine uygulanmasında önem kazanmıştır. Ulaşılan sonuçlar ayrıca lojistik ve tedarik zinciri sürecinde müşterilere, doğal ve sosyal çevreye karşı olan sorumluluklar dikkate alınarak işlerin yürütülmesi gerektiğini ortaya koymuştur.

The destructive competition between enterprises in the world as well as the magnitude of social losses in the processes brought social responsibility ideas and projects to the agenda. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the development and application problems and methods of social responsibility in logistics and supply chain. The study consisted of four parts. The first part focuses on the introduction and explanation of the problem and the researching methodology. The second chapter focuses on the material and method research used for the study. In the third part, the idea of social responsibility and the method of implementation in logistics and supply chain companies have been searched. Methods and practices used in these companies for implementing the social responsibility have also been studied. The fourth section is focused on discussion, conclusion and proposal. According to the results obtained, it is clear that the logistics enterprises need to pay attention to social responsibility thoughts, which are human directed and different from other enterprises they give importance to the socio-economic development of the society. In the long term, the most important social responsibility idea and practices of enterprises are the idea of giving importance to education and research by increasing the quality of education. Education and research projects focused on producing socio-economic value by increasing people's talents, skills, performance and efficiency. In today's conditions, where social responsibility activities are becoming more important, results have been obtained that it is necessary for enterprises to be fulfilled by the requirements of being profitable, obeying the law, being ethical and being a good citizen. It has also gained importance to apply the methods, analyzes and applications of social responsibility ideas for enterprises to different logistics supply chain processes. The results also showed that in the logistics and supply chain process, the business should be carried out by taking into account the responsibilities towards the customers and the natural and social environment.
