Özet
Mekke'de nazil olan ilk sûrelerden olan Fecr Sûresi'nin, ayet sayısı otuz olup, ismini de ilk ayetinde geçen“Fecr”kelimesinden almaktadır. Sûre, eski kavimlere ait kıssalardan misallerle, insanoğlunun kötülüğe yönelmesinden, bunun vahim sonuçlarından, ahiret hayatından ve oradaki durumlar hakkında bilgiler içermektedir. Sûrede Kur'an'ı Kerim'in kendine has, mucizevî üslûpları benzersiz bir şekilde sergilenmektedir. Geçmiş kavimlerin müreffeh yaşantılarından, Rablerine isyan neticesinde üzerlerine azap indirilenlerin hallerinden, adeta Mekke ahalisinin zihinlerine köprü kurarak zamanın asilerine de bir anlamda korku vermekte iken diğer taraftan da mutmain nefsin Cennet'i hak edeceğinden bahsederek müminlerinin kalplerine de huzur serpilmektedir. Bu bağlamda gerçekleştirdiğimiz çalışmamızı önsöz, içindekiler ve genel bilgilerden sonra, iki bölüm olarak planladık. Araştırmanın konusu, önemi, yöntemi ile araştırmanın ana kaynakları olan tefsirlerin ve müelliflerinin tanıtıldığı giriş bölümünden sonra birinci bölüme geçerek bu bölümü, sûreyi genel olarak incelemeye ayırdık. İsimlendirilmesi, nüzul sebebi, fazileti, önceki sûre ile bağı, metin ve türkçe açıklaması bu bölümde yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde sûrenin, Rûhu'l-me'ânî ve Rûhu'l-beyân adlı tefsirlerden açıklamaları karşılıklı olarak sunulup, diğer tefsirlerden de, bahis hakkında alıntılar yapılarak, ayetlerin karşılaştırmaları yapılmıştır. Bu bölüm, altı başlık ve her başlığa ait alt başlıklar halinde incelenmiştir. İlkinde“İlahi yeminler”başlığı altında beş ayet, ikincisinde“Peygamberleri yalanlayan sapkın kavimler”başlığı altında dokuz ayet, üçüncüsünde“İmtihan”başlığı ile altı ayet, dördüncüsünde“Kıyamet manzaraları”başlığı altında üç ayet, beşincisinde“Ahiret ve insan tabloları”başlığı altında iki ayet ve son olarak“Cennet'te nimete kavuşan can”başlığı altında da, dört ayet ele alınmıştır. Sûrede Âd, Semûd ve Firavun misalleri ile, geçmiş kavimlerden, haddi aşarak sapkınlık yapanların başlarına gelen azaplar zikredilerek, onlar gibi haddi aşanlar uyarılmış, mal, mülk sevgisi ile dünyaya tamah etmek, azgınlık ve zulme meyletmek, ihtiyaç sahiplerine şefkat etmemek eleştirilmiş, insanların rızık elde ederken kolay veya zorlukla elde etmelerinin Allah'tan (c.c.) kaynaklanan ikram veya ihmal etme şeklindeki zan çürütülmüştür. Sapkınlık yapanların, haddi aşanların, ahiret manzaraları anlatılarak serzenişleri tasvir edilmiş, huzur bulan nefislere sahip mü'minler övülerek, Allah'ın (c.c.) rızasını kazandıkları ve ihlaslı kulları ile birlikte Cennet'e girmeleri tasvir edilmiştir.

One of the first suras in Mecca, surah al-Fajr, the number of verses is thirty, the name of the first verse“Fajr”is the word. Surah contains information on the parables of the ancient tribes, from the devastation of mankind to evil, its consequences, the life of the Hereafter, and the situations there. In time, the unique, miraculous styles of the Qur'an are exhibited in a unique way. From the life of the past peoples, from those who have been punished as a result of rebellion against their Lord, to the people of Makkah by bridging the minds of the rebellious people of the time, while on the other hand, the people of the believers, who speak of the truth of the covenant, will deserve Paradise, peace be upon them. In this context, we planned our work to be realized as two parts after the introduction, contents and general information. After the introduction of the subject, importance, method, resources and the main sources of the research, the introduction information of the authors and authors, we went to the first section and we allocated this section to the general examination. The reason of the landing with the name, virtue, relationship with the previous period, text and Turkish description are included in this section. In the second part of the period, explanations from the exegesis of Rûhu'l-meânî and Rûhu'l-beyân were presented interchangeably, and comparisons of the verses were made about the claims from the other exegesis. This chapter has six main headings and subheadings and the first divine was examined under oath in the case of five verses, the second verse with the title of the nine tribes of those who reject the prophets perverted the third time trial title with six verses, three verses with the title scenes of Apocalypse, the fourth, the fifth, the tables hereafter and the people in the title of two verses, and finally, in the sixth chapter, under the title of the blessing of heaven, Bell gained four verses have been addressed. In the Surah, Ad, Thamud and Pharaoh, the past tribes, exceeding the haddock of the perverted ones by mentioning the chastisement,such as them Haddock evoked, goods, property with the love of the world desire, rancor and cruelty tend to, needy people to obtain compassion criticized, Allah (c.c.) rebutted in the form of catering or neglect arising. Believers with peaceful souls are praised by Allah (c.c.) it is depicted that they gained their consent and entered paradise together with their virtuous servants.
