Özet
ÖZET Özellikle II. Dünya Savaşı'ndan sonra mühendislik alanında, yenilikçi çalışma lar başdöndürücü hızlara erişmiştir. Savaş yıllarında bilim adamları, mühendisler sürekli yeni ve savaşta üstünlük sağlayabilecek tasarımlar üzerinde çalışmışlar dır. Günümüzdeki teknolojik gelişmenin temelleri o yıllarda atılmıştır. Zaman ve fonksiyonel güvenirliğin önemli olduğu bu çalışmalarda bilimsel bakış açısının da disipline edilerek, konstrüktif faaliyetlerin bir sistematiğe bağlanması zorunluluğu kendini hissettirmiştir. Yıllardır süregelen çalışmaların önemli bir bölümü, özellikle Alman bilim adamlarınca sistematiğe ve fikri temellerine kavuşturulmuştur. Bu çalışmada, ana hatları ile konstrüksiyon sistematiğine değinilecek, üretilmek istenen teknik yapıtın fikrinin ortaya çıkışından, konstrüktif şekillendirme aşama sına kadar tüm bölümler verilecek, Bölüm 6 da ise bir uygulama yapılacaktır.

CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMATICS AND APPLICATIONS SUMMARY Today it is a compulsory to design new products and engineering work of art because of raising world population and improving technologies. And methods of solving problems also called above is important beside technical background at improving present goods and designing hew products. These approaches which can be called“Systematic of Construction”wil be discussed throughout this work. Innovative works has raised to high levels just after World War II. Scientists, engineers had worked on lots of designs from which they could had gained supe riority over their enemies. The base of today's techonological developments have been started since these years. Taking these technological efforts under a syste matic discipline have become a compulsory duty, due to operational safety and duration. Technological studies over years have gained a systematic and mental base by especially German Scientists. In this study,“Systematic of Construction”will be examined through constituting the idea of new products and constructional stages of those products. And finally, a practical example and a problem will be solved by taking into account the prin ciples of“Systematic of Construction”. Natural handicaps, some difficulties and also insufficiency of man's power make human beings to design machines and mechanisms to manage the needs. For example a man who can not move big stones to anywhere must have desig ned wheels, levers pulleys and etc. to manage his problems which were said be fore. By these kinds of inventions, physical rules have been revealed or in some cases inventions and mechanisms have been constructed by a physical rule which has been revealed before. Because of these studies human beings would have been able to know and be aware of the nature on which all of the things are living. So that, human beings would observe things and the creatures by the times. We could improve our natural and technological world due to the study which was talked about above. Civilization in 20. Century could have been realized at last. vlNowadays new products must rapidly be revealed to the society owing to ex panding social life style, improving cultures of communities. In fact by the advan tages of technological improvements up to now, it is quite easy to produce goods at a highly rapid way and also with a huge amounts. These advantages are like CAD - CAM, CIM or other kinds of computerized manufacturing systems. Idea of manufacturing must also be organized by a system, automation and mass production approaches besides.“Systematic of Construction”makes the idea planned, organised and also ex pands into lots of points which is important to see whether this work is necessary or not. Approached solution may be able to cope with functional desires, needs but also examining our mental facilities,“Systematic of Construction”forces us get a perfect solution.“Systematic of Construction”operates like an expert computer software as in the computer in order to make designer or person who is responsible of solving the problem control on his own. In this study some details of“Systematic of Construction”have been examined and finally a practical study of the subject has been presented designing a mecha nism which is innovation in the market. As perfect solution as possible could be found for a small company has been found and also revealed to manufacture in the example. Technical draft of assembly of the mechanism can be seen at the last section. In Section 6“Shaping Machine of Bread Stick Dough”is given as an example according to our study“Systematic of Construction”. As“Systematic of Constructi on”begins with the thought of a new product, the purpose of the firm and the analysis and the machine which is the example to the study must be discussed. Systematic of Construction as we said earlier can be applied to whether a huge integrated installation or just a machinery manufacturing process. For instance, it can be used through the process of establishing a petro-chemical stations, run ning and may also be applied to designing process of a machinery for a small firm.“Systematic of Construction”can be examined briefly by outlining in four headli nes as follows: 1. Analysis of the condition the firm in the and goals of the firm. 2. Formation of the thought of a product. 3. Choosing 4. Definition Let us examine these headlines: vii1. At this stage, it is examined if it's possible to present goods, products to the market or not at long or short term. And it is also taken into considera-tion as qua litative and quantitative aspects of the market at the stage. Choosing The study that we work on is considered with respect to the determined targets and determination criterions. And so technical and economical pre-results of the systems, proposals may be found. When some results and marks were found, we can determine the alternative which has got the utmost chance among from the alternatives. 4. Definition Proposed alternatives which are at the abstract base up to this stage are taken shapes by a constructional operation. At the same time, it can also be possible to make some modifications on choosen alternatives. These modifications are also compared with each others. As the comparisation is being, connection of know-how between the depart- mants within the firm is gone on. As we may see from the table above, production development stage, construc tion development stage and technological development stages are so connected that we must consider these stages together. So we may understand how construction systematic go on to solution so perfectly that every factors of production are verywell balanced. ixo PDS CDS TDS While information and know-how facilites are gone on compatibility of the pro duct's chance in the market, needs of customers flexibility in manufacturing, cost and potential points of the firm are examined. As it may be understood by examining the study which we say“Systematic of Construction”through the text, facilities of a firm is so compatible with each other that between the market to which the firm wants to sell its products and designer are connected closely. Particularly, technological developments have had a very important role after World War II. They have also been so important that it could be harmful for socie ties and infrastructure of cities. Governments have taken some regulations and made laws in order to take the necessary measurements. It would be realized to control social, economical and environmental damages of technological develop ments by these kinds of precautions. In fact it is also very hard to initiate new enterprises as taking into account of these regulations and laws for firms. So that, enterprises must be performed with respect to highly strict dicipline. It is also about the study which we are dealing with and it will be applied to a cons truction study of a machine. In application section, alternative solutions will be given and then proposed so lution is considered and also designated by means of mechanical engineering items. As a conclusion it can be seen from theese studies that every firms should consider potensial areas and pwers. So that they can be aware of their conditions, due to these figuring out, a well designed feasibility report can be prepared. Being aware of the handicaps which is ahead of the firm, management division of the firm may estimate most of events which the firm will face.Purpose of this study is especially for Turkish firms because, they do not usually plan the firms future. We hope that, God willing, they will learn something from the subject“Construction Systematic”and so figure out the details of the markets. Examining the subject in this text, it's scanned the topic which may be much more important than the manufacturing process. This is just as we called“Cons truction Systematic”. By the advantages of this discipline, we could anaylse the social and industrial nedds of 20. century and finally we may decide what must be manufactured and how we can do it best. This discipline may also be explained“Programming the thought facilities ahd providing quality endurance”. So it's inevitable to use this process, discipline es pecially for the manufacturer firms dealing with quality and brand producing. xi
