Özet
Bu araştırma, okul öncesi dönem çocukları (3-6 yaş) ile yapılan piyano eğitiminde karşılaşılan problemleri saptayıp, bulunan problemlere, edinilen bulgular ışığında çözüm önerileri geliştirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Betimsel bir çalışma olan araştırmanın evrenini, Ege Bölgesi'nde yer alan İzmir, Denizli ve Muğla illerinde bulunan anaokulu ve müzik eğitimi veren dershanelerde çalışan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunda İzmir ilinden 97, Muğla ilinden 30, Denizli ilinden 12 piyano öğretmeni yer almıştır. Araştırmada veriler araştırmacı tarafından uzman görüşleri alınarak hazırlanılan anket formu uygulanarak elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler tezin alt problemleri doğrultusunda analiz edilmiş, bu analizden de önemli noktalar belirlenmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi; frekans, yüzdelik ve güvenirlik analizi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular sonucunda; müzik eğitimi veren dershaneler ve anaokullarında çalışan piyano öğretmenlerinin büyük bir çoğunluğunun oyun, drama, renklerle öğretim yöntemlerinden yararlandığı belirlenmiştir. Piyano eğitimi veren öğretmenlerin alanıyla ilgili zamana bağlı olarak kendini güncellemesi gerektiği ve öğrencinin ilgisi doğrultusunda sağlıklı iletişim kurabilmesi açısından kendini geliştirmesi gerektiği, okul öncesi dönemde piyano eğitiminin yaygınlaştırılması ve desteklenmesi konusunda devlet teşvikinin önemli olduğu, piyano eğitiminin okul öncesi dönemdeki çocukların ruhsal durumları üzerindeki olumlu etkisiyle ilgili ailelerin bilinçlendirilmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ailelerin eğitim düzeylerinin, müziğe olan ilgileri ve takiplerinin büyük önem teşkil ettiği belirlenmiştir. Piyano eğitimi sürecinde uygulanılan öğretim yöntemi, öğrencinin öğrenme seviyesine uygun olmadığı takdirde yeni bir yöntem seçilerek eğitime devam edilmesinin doğru olduğu saptanmıştır.

This research was conducted to determine the problems encountered in the piano education with pre-school (3-6 age) children and to find solutions to the problems found in the light of the findings. The population of the study, which is a descriptive study, is composed of İzmir, Denizli and Muğla provinces in Aegean Region and kindergarten, Day Care Center, Private Teaching Institution and teachers working in these places. In the reseach study group, there were 97 piano teachers from İzmir, 30 from Muğla and 12 from Denizli. The data in research were collected by taking the opinions of competent person by the researcher by applying questionnaires. The obtained data were analyzed according to the sub-problems of the thesis and important points were determined from this analysis. Evaluation of data; rated with numbers, percentage, and security analysis. The findings obtained in this study were; It is stated that the majority of piano teachers working in Private Music Teaching Institution, Kindergartens and Day Care Center are using game, Drama and Teaching with colors methods. The teachers of given piano education need to update themselves in education field depending on the time related to the field and develop themselves in terms of healthy communication in accordance with the student's interest. It is important that government incentives should play an important role in the to become prevalent and support of piano education in pre-school period and It has been conslusion that necessary to raise awareness of families about the positive impact of piano education on the mental status of pre-school children. It was determined that the education levels of families, their interest in music and their follow-up were of great importance. It is determined that if the teaching method applied during the piano education is not suitable for the student's level of learning, a new method should be chosen and the education should be continued.
