Özet

67 6. ÖZET Bu araştırma 1994-1995 ekim yılında, üç ekmeklik buğday çeşidi kullanılarak, yedi farklı ekim sıklığı ile dört tekerrürlü olarak, bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre kurulmuştur. Çeşitler ana parsellere, ekim sıklıkları alt parsellere şansa bağlı olarak dağıtılmıştır. Kahramanmaraş şartlarında, baza ekmeklik buğday çeşitlerinde ekim sıklığı ve fotosentez alanlarının verim üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacı ile yapılan bu çalışmada, elde edilen sonuçlan şöyle özetleyebiliriz. 1. Materyal olarak kullanılan üç çeşit arasında tane verimi yönünden önemli bir fark görülmüştür. En yüksek tane verimini Panda çeşidi vermiş (638.8 kg/da),bunu sırasıyla Seri-82 (623.7 kg/da) ve Gemini (600.7 kg/da) çeşitleri izlemiştir. Ekim sıklıkları arasında ise tane verimi yönünden istatistiki olarak önemli bir fark ortaya çıkmıştır (P< 0.01).En yüksek tane verimi 700 tohum/m2 ekim sıklığında (672.6 kg/da), en düşük tane verimi ise 400 tohum/m2 ekim sıklığında (557.8 kg/da) elde edilmiştir. 2. 72 7.SUMMARY 1. Among three varieties as materials, a significant difference was observed for yield of kernel. Higher yield of kernel was obtained from Panda variety (638.8 kg/da), than Seri-82 (623.7 kg/da) and Gemini (600.7 kg/da) cultivars respectively.In regard to kernel yield, among the sowing rates a significant difference was obtained. The highest kernel yield was obtained in sowing rate of 700 seed/m2(672.6 kg/da), the lowest kernel yield was observed in the sowing rate of 400 seed/m2(557.8 kg/da). 2. Among three varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for a single kernel weight. Higher single kernel weight was obtained from Panda varieties (34.86 mg) than Seri-82 (27.11 mg) and Gemini (24.97 mg) cultivars respectively. In regard to single kernel weight, no significant difference among sowing rates was obtained. The highest single kernel weight was obtained in the sowing rate of 700 seed/m2 (30.14 mg), the lowest single kernel weight was observed in the sowing rate of 400 seed/m2(28.14 mg). 3. Among three varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for flag leaf area. Higher flag leaf area was obtained from Panda variety (44.57 cm2 ) than Gemini (35.01 cm2 ) and Seri-82 (33.92 cm2 ) cultivars respectively. In regard to flag leaf area, a significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest flag leaf area was obtained in the sowing rate of 650 seed/m2 (39.41 cm2 ), the lowest flag leaf area was observed in the sowing rate of 700 seed/m2 (35.27 cm2 ). 4. Among three varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for flag leaf area duration. Higher flag leaf area duration was obtained from Panda variety (1916.37 cm2day) than Seri-82 (1356.73 cm2 day) and Gemini (1295.37 cm2day) cultivars respectively. In regard to flag leaf area duration, a significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest flag leaf area duration was obtained in the sowing rate of 650 seed/m2 (1587.0 cm2 day) the lowest flag leaf area duration was observed in sowing rate of 400 seed/m2 (1416.6 cm2day). 5. Among three varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for sink area. Higher sink area was obtained from Seri-82 variety (479.58 cm2) than Panda (472.34 cm2 ) and Gemini (433.82 cm2) cultivars respectively. In regard to sink area, a significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest sink area73 was obtained in the sowing rate of 600 seed/m2 (510.6 cm2) the lowest sink area was observed in the sowing rate of 700 seed/m2 (41 1.3 cm2). 6. Among three varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for sink area duration. Higher sink area duration was obtained from Panda variety (20310.36cm2day) than Seri-82 (19183.14 cm2 day) and Gemini (15919.02 cm2 day) cultivars respectively. In regard to sink area duration, a significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest sink area duration was obtained in the sowing rate of 600 seed/m2 (20446.1 cm2day) the lowest sink area duration was observed in the sowing rate of 700 seed/m2 (16480.3 cm2 day). 7. Among tiiree varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for length of flag leaf sheath. Higher length of flag leaf sheath was obtained from Panda variety (19.47 cm), than Seri-82 (18.80 cm) and Gemini (18.48 cm) cultivars respectively. In regard to length of flag leaf sheath, no significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest length of flag leaf sheath was obtained in the sowing rate of 500 seed/m2 (19.2 cm), the lowest length of flag leaf sheath was observed in sowing rate of 400 and 700 seed/m2 (18.8 cm). 8. Among three varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for flag leaf sheath area. Higher flag leaf sheath area was obtained from Panda variety (14.07 cm2), than Seri-82 (12.54 cm2) and Gemini (12.47 cm2) cultivars respectively. In regard to flag leaf sheath area, a significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest flag leaf sheath area was obtained in the sowing rate of 650 seed/m2 (13.88 cm2) the lowest flag leaf sheath area was observed in the sowing rate of 400 seed/m2 (12.22 cm2). 9. Among three varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for flag leaf sheath area duration. Higher flag leaf sheath area duration was obtained from Panda variety (604.8 cm2 day), than Seri-82 (502.1cm2day) and Gemini (460.3 cm2day) cultivars respectively. In regard to flag leaf sheath area duration, a significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest flag leaf sheath area duration was obtained in the sowing rate of 650 seed/m2 (555.1 cm2 day), the lowest flag leaf sheath area duration was observed in the sowing rate of 400 seed/m2 (489.5 cm2day). 10. Among three varieties used as materials, no significant difference in regard to length of spike stalk was observed. However, Panda and Seri-82 varieties showed the74 highest length of spike stalk (32.4 and 32.4 cm)respectively. But Gemini varieties followed this with length of 31.1 cm. In regard to length of spike stalk, a significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest length of spike stalk was obtained in the sowing rate of 650 seed/m2(32.66 cm) the lowest length of spike stalk was observed in the sowing rate of 400 seed/m2 (31.33 cm). 11. Among three varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for spike stalk area. Higher spike stalk area was obtained from Panda variety (16.5 cm2) than Gemini (15.2 cm2) and Seri-82 (14.7 cm2) cultivars respectively. In regard to spike stalk area, a significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest spike stalk area was obtained in the sowing rate of 650 seed/m2 (16.6 cm2 ) the lowest spike stalk area was observed in the sowing rate of 400 seed/m2 (14.5 cm2). 12. Among three varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for spike stalk area duration. Higher spike stalk area duration was obtained from Panda variety (711.1 cm2day), than Seri-82 (587.2 cm2day) and Gemini (561.7 cm2day) cultivars respectively. In regard to spike stalk area duration, a significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest spike stalk area duration was obtained in the sowing rate of 650 seed/m2 (664.8 cm2day), the lowest spike stalk area duration was observed in sowing rate of 400 seed/m2 (580.4 cm2day). 13. Among three varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for total green area on the nod of flag leaf. Higher total green area on the nod of flag leaf was obtained from Panda variety (547.5 cm2) than Seri-82 (540.7 cm2) and Gemini (492.8 cm2) cultivars respectively. In regard to total green area on the nod of flag leaf, a significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest total green area on the nod of flag leaf was obtained in the sowing rate of 600 seed/m2 (578.4 cm2), the lowest total green area on the nod of flag leaf was observed in the sowing rate of 700 seed/m2 (474.4 cm2). 14. Among three varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for total green area duration on the nod of flag leaf. Higher total green area on the nod of flag leaf was obtained from Panda variety (23542.9 cm2day) than Seri-82 (21629. lcm2day) and Gemini (18233.7 cm2day) cultivars respectively. In regard to total green area duration on the nod of flag leaf, a significant difference among sowing rates was obtained. The highest total green area duration on the nod of flag leaf was obtained75 in the sowing rate of 600 seed/m2 (23 174.2 cm2day), the lowest total green area duration on the nod of flag leaf was observed in the sowing rate of 700 seed/m2 (19018.1 cm2day). 15. Among three varieties used as materials, no significant difference was observed for total green area index on the nod of flag leaf. Higher total green area on the nod of flag leaf was obtained from Seri-82 variety (49.1) than Gemini (47.2) and Panda (46.6) cuhivars respectively. In regard to total green area index on the nod of flag leaf, a significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest total green area index on the nod of flag leaf was obtained in the sowing rate of 600 seed/m2 (53.8), the lowest total green area index on the nod of flag leaf was observed in the sowing rate of 400 seed/m2 (40.5). 16. Among three varieties used as materials, a significant difference was observed for total green area index duration on the nod of flag leaf. Higher total green area on the nod of flag leaf was obtained from Panda variety (2003.0) than Seri-82 (1965.8) and Gemini (1746.5) cultivars respectively. In regard to total green area index duration on the nod of flag leaf, a significant difference among the sowing rates was obtained. The highest total green area index duration on the nod of flag leaf was obtained in the sowing rate of 600 seed/m2 (2145.6), the lowest total green area index duration on the nod of flag leaf was observed in the sowing rate of 400 seed/m2 (1620.0).
