Özet
Varlık, tarih boyunca en önemli soru olmuş ve insan, hayatı boyunca bu soruya verdiği yanıtlara göre kendi dünyasını şekillendirmiştir. Varlık, Heidegger felsefesinde dünya-içinde-varlık olarak tanımlanmakta; Dasein'ın dünya-içinde-varlık olması üzerinden insanın yeryüzündeki varlık biçimi betimlenmektedir. Dasein, dünyasındaki diğer varolanlarla ilgi ve kaygı duyarak anlam bulabilmektedir. Bu bakımdan, insan çevresiyle birlikte anlam kazanmakta; bu ilişki kesildiği durumlarda ise ontolojik anlamını kaybedecektir. Bir öz ontolojisi olarak fenomenoloji, çevre ile etkileşim sonucu deneyimlerimizin öz'ünü ortaya çıkarabilmekte; hermeneutik fenomenoloji çevremizi yorumlamayı sağlayarak varoluş olanaklılıkarımızın anlaşılmasının ortamını hazırlamaktadır. Günümüz mimarisinde rasyonel düşüncenin etkisi altında insanın mekandan ayrı ve bağımsız tutulması anlayışının yaygınlaşması sonucu zamansal ve mekansal yıkıcı etkileri görmekteyiz. Gündelik hayatımızdaki deneyimlere dayanan fenomenlerin araştırılması ile yeniden anlam bulmaya çalışan mimarlık anlayışı, özne-nesne ayrımından kaçınarak etrafımızdaki varolanlar ile yaşamımızı bütüncül bir şekilde sürdürmemiz gerektiğini öne sürmektedir. Bu tez çalışması kapsamında, yapıyı çevresiyle bütüncül bir şekilde algılamaya yol açan faktörler üzerinden mimaride fenomenoloji araştırılmaktadır. Bu bakımdan yapının çevresi ile karşılaşma biçimi önem taşımaktadır. İç ve dış çatışmasıyla birlikte kendini gösteren üçüncü mekanlar, çevrede dinamizme ve mimari yapısının bulunduğu bağlamla birlikte algılanmasına ve anlamlandırılmsına yol açabimektedir. Bu çalışmanın hedef aldığı mekansal deneyimde öz'ün ortaya çıkması, mekandaki deneyimlerin gerçekleşmesi ile mümkündür; dolayısıyla mimarlıkta formlar, planlar ve cepheler yerine deneyimler tasarlanması gerektiği tez kapsamında savunulmaktadır. Bu anlayışın sonucunda ortaya konulan mimari eserlerde, içinde bulunduğumuz mekanların varoluşsal yapımıza dokunabildikleri düşünülmektedir. Bu bağlamda, fenomenolojik saydamlığın kazandırdığı mekansal okunabilirlık, mekanın şiirsel doğasındaki muğlaklık ve mekanın duyularımızla algıladığımız anlamı başlıkları tezin amacı doğrultusunda araştırılmaktadır.

Being, has been the most important question throughout history and man, has been shaped his own world according to his answers to this question throughout his life. Being, is defined as being-in-the-world in Heidegger's philosophy and our forms of being on earth are described through Dasein's being-in-the-world. Dasein is able to find meaning only in relation to other beings in the world. In this respect, the human being finds meaning with his environment; loses his ontological meaning when this relationship stops. As an ontology of essence, phenomenology causes to appearance of the essence of our experiences as a result of interaction with the environment; hermeneutic phenomenology prepares the backdrop for understanding our possibilities of existence by enabling us to interpret our environment. We see temporal and spatial destructive effects as a result of spreading the understanding of keeping human apart and independent from space under the influence of rational thought in today's architecture. Architecture tries to find meaning again by investigating the phenomena based on the experiences in our daily lives, suggests that we should maintain our lives in a holistic way with existents surrounding us by avoiding the subject-object distinction. Within the scope of this thesis, phenomenology in architecture is investigated through the factors that lead to a holistic perception of the architectural structure. In this respect, the way in which the structure meets the environment is important. The third spaces, which are manifested by the internal and external conflicts, lead to dynamism in the environment and to the interpretation and perception of the architectural structure together with its environment. The emergence of the essence in the spatial experience targeted by this study is possible with the realization of the experiences in space; hence, within the scope of this thesis, it is argued that the experiences should be designed instead of forms, plans, and facades in architecture. It is thought that in the architectural works shaped as a result of this point of view, the spaces that we are in, could touch our existential structure. In this context, the Legibility that is attained by the phenomenological transparency; the ambiguity in the poetic nature of the space, and the meaning of space we perceive by our senses are investigated in the direction of the aim of this dissertation.
