Özet
Bu çalışmada konut ve çatılı işyeri kira sözleşmelerinin uygulama alanı incelenmiştir. Konut ve çatılı işyerleri kiraları Türk Borçlar Kanunu'nun 339. maddesinde düzenlenmiştir. Konut ve çatılı işyeri kavramlarının belirlenmesi çok önemlidir. Bu çalışma Yargıtay Kararları ve uygulamadan örnekler içermektedir. Çalışmamız giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde konut kavramı, ikinci bölümde çatılı işyeri kavramı açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının kiralamaları incelenmiştir.

In this study, the application area of lease contract on residential and roofed business premises was examined. Residential and roofed business premises lease are regulated in Article 339 of the Turkish Code of Obligation. Determination of residential and roofed business premises concepts is very important. This study contains Supreme Court's decisions and examples from practice area. In our study contains introduction and three sections. In the first section the concept of residence and in the second section the concept of roofed business premises is explained. Finally, in the third section leasing of public institutions and organizations are examined.
