Özet
Amaç: Çalışmada hemşirelik öğrencilerinin problem çözme becerilerinin sağlık bakımında bilgisayar kullanımına yönelik tutumlarına etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Materyal ve Metot: Çalışma tanımlayıcı-kesitsel olarak yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulaması 3-7 Aralık 2018 tarihinde Kafkas Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Hemşirelik Bölümü'nde bulunan 587 (%73) gönüllü öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak; Tanıtıcı Bilgiler Formu, Problem Çözme Envanteri (PÇE) ve Sağlık Bakımında Bilgisayar Kullanımına Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği (SBBKYTÖ) kullanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde ölçek toplam puanları, ölçek alt boyut ve alt grup puan ortalamaları hesaplanmış, tanımlayıcı özelliklerin sayı ve yüzdelikleri alınmış, Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskal Wallis-Htestleri, ilişkiyi belirlemek için Spearman Korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışmada hemşirelik öğrencilerinin % 61.0'inin kadın ve yaş ortalamasının 20.66±1.79 olduğu saptanmıştır. Öğrencilerin günde ortalama 4.57±3.19 saat internette zaman harcadıkları belirlenmiştir. Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin PÇE toplam puan ortalaması 93.41±18.73 olarak bulunmuştur. SBBKYTÖ toplam puan ortalaması 8.36±9.58 olarak bulunmuş olup öğrencilerin %64.7'sinin bilgisayarın yararlılığının farkında olduğu ve sağlık bakımında bilgisayar kullanımı konusunda gerçekçi bir görüşe sahip oldukları 4. grupta yer aldığı belirlenmiştir.PÇE ile SBBKYTÖ arasında pozitif yönde zayıf anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur (p=0.000, r=-0.363). Sonuçlar: Çalışmada hemşirelik öğrencilerinin problem çözme becerilerinin sağlık bakımında bilgisayar kullanımına yönelik tutumlarını pozitif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of problem solving skills of nursing students on their attitudes towards computer use in health care. Material and Method: The study was conducted as a descriptive and cross-sectional study. The study's implementation was carried out on 3-7 December 2018 with 587 (73%) volunteering students from Kafkas University Faculty of Health Sciences Nursing Department. As a data collection tool; Introductory Information Form, The Problem Solving Inventory (PSI) and Pretest for Attitudes toward Computers in Healthcare (P.A.T.C.H. Assessment Scale)were used. For data evaluation; scale total scores, scale sub-dimension and sub-group mean scores were calculated, numbers and percentages of descriptive features were taken, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis-H tests were used and Spearman Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship. Results: In the study, it was determined that 61.0% of nursing students were women and the average age was 20.66 ± 1.79. It was detected that the students spent an average of 4.57 ± 3.19 hours on the internet per day. Total PSI score average of nursing students was found as 93.41 ± 18.73. Total P.A.T.C.H. Assessment Scale score average was found as 8.36 ± 9.58, and it was determined that 64.7% of students are aware of the usefulness of computers and have a realist perspective on computer use in health care, which puts them in the 4th group. There was a positively low significant relationship between PSI and P.A.T.C.H. Assessment Scale (p=0.000, r=-0.363). Conclusion: In the study, it was determined that problem solving skills of nursing students have positive effects on their attitudes towards computer use in health care.
