Özet
Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'deki rehabilitasyon psikolojik danışmanlığı uygulamalarına ilişkin alanda çalışan psikolojik danışmanların görüşleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık lisans programlarından mezun olan ve özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde çalışan 10'u kadın 4'ü erkek olmak üzere 14 psikolojik danışman oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanması sürecinde, Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve 15 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analiz sürecinde fikir birliğine dayalı nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda rehabilitasyon psikolojik danışmanlığı uygulamalarına ilişkin psikolojik danışmanların görüşlerinin on temel alan ve 50 kategori altında toplandığı görülmüştür. Bu temel alanlar; rehabilitasyon psikolojik danışmanlığını tercih etme sebepleri, rehabilitasyon psikolojik danışmanlığının tercih edilmeme sebepleri, ilk iş gününe ilişkin duygu, düşünce ve yaşantılar, psikolojik danışmanların kurumlarda yaptıkları çalışmalar, kurum personelinin psikolojik danışmana olan yaklaşımı, psikolojik danışmandan beklenenler, psikolojik danışmanların yaşadıkları güçlükler, psikolojik danışmanların kendilerini yetkin hissettiği alanlar, psikolojik danışmanların yeterlik sahibi olması gereken alanlar ve rehabilitasyon psikolojik danışmanlığının geliştirilmesine yönelik önerilerdir. Elde edilen bulgular alanyazın kapsamında tartışılmış ve Türkiye'de rehabilitasyon psikolojik danışmanlığı uygulamalarının gelişimine yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

In this study, the opinions of counselors working in rehabilitation related to the practice of rehabilitation counseling in Turkey were investigated. The study group consisted of 14 counselors (10 females and 4 males) who work in special education and rehabilitation centers and were graduated from Guidance and Psychological Counseling undergraduate programs. In the process of data collection, a Personal Information Form and a semi-structured Interview Form consisting of 15 questions were used. In the data analysis process, the consensual qualitative research method was used. According to the results, it was found that the opinions of counselors related to the practice of rehabilitation counseling were clustered under ten domains and 50 categories. These domains were; the reasons for choosing rehabilitation counseling, the reasons for not choosing rehabilitation counseling, the feelings, thoughts, and experiences for the first working day, the works done by the counselors in their institutions, the approach of the staff to the counselor, the expectations from the counselor, the difficulties experienced by the counselors, the areas where counselors feel competent, the areas where counselors should have competence and the suggestions for the development of rehabilitation counseling. The findings were discussed within the scope of the literature and the suggestions were provided for the development of rehabilitation counseling practices in Turkey.
