Özet
Bu araştırmada, müzik öğretmenlerinin görüşleri doğrultusunda 2018 müzik dersi öğretim programı 8. sınıf kazanımlarının hedeflerine ne ölçüde ulaştığını ve kazanımlara ait müzik öğretmeni görüşlerinin belli değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, 8. sınıf müzik dersi programının ve kazanımlarının işlerliğinin ortaya koyulması, aksayan yönlerinin tespiti ve eksikliklere çözüm önerisi getirmesi açısından önem taşımaktadır. Araştırma, Betimsel Araştırma Modeline dayalı olup, nitel veriler nicelleştirilerek, tarama (survey) yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiş ve veri toplama aracı olarak 2018 müzik öğretim programı 8. Sınıf Müzik Dersi programındaki kazanımlar baz alınarak, bu kazanımlar anket sorusuna dönüştürülmüş ve müzik öğretmenlerinin görüşleri doğrultusunda kazanımların hedeflerine ulaşma düzeyleri sorgulanmıştır. Araştırmada, müzik öğretmenlerinin görüşleri doğrultusunda kazanımların tam olarak hedefine ulaşmadığı ve hedeflerine ulaşma düzeyinin orta düzeyde olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Ayrıca müzik öğretmenlerinin görüşlerine bağlı olarak, kazanımların hedeflerine ulaşma düzeyinin müzik öğretmenlerinin cinsiyet, mesleki deneyim, görev yapılan okul türü ve görev yapılan bölge değişkenlerine göre farklılık gösterdiği; müzik öğretmenlerinin yaş, mezun olunan lise türü, mezun olunan fakülte türü, eğitimi alınan çalgı türü ve kaynak kitap kullanma durumu değişkenlerine göre ise herhangi bir farklılık olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, it is aimed to analyze to what extent the 8th grade gains of 2018 music course curriculum attained in line with the opinions of music teachers and whether the opinions of music teachers of the achievements differ according to certain variables. The study is important in terms of finding out the operability of the 8th grade music curriculum and its achievements, identifying its deficiencies and suggesting solutions to the existing deficiencies. The research was based on the Descriptive Research Model, qualitative data were quantified, the data is collected by survey method and was based on the achievements in the 8th Grade Music Education Program of the National Education System, these gains were transformed into survey questions and the achievement levels were tested in accordance with the opinions of the music teachers. In the study, with the opinions of the music teachers it has been shown that the achievements do not reach the target exactly and the level of achieving the goals is on average. Furthermore, according to the opinions of music teachers, it was found that the level of achieving the targets differed with respect to gender, professional experience, type of school and region that the music teachers are employed. However, it was determined that there was no difference according to the variables of music teachers age, type of high school that they work for, type of faculty graduated, type of instrument being specialized, and use of source book.
