Özet

Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB) bünyesinde kurumsal olarak din eğitiminin verildiği orta öğretim düzeyinde mesleki bir okul olan İmam-Hatip Liseleri (İHL), resmî kuruluş amacı itibariyle imam ve hatip yetiştiren kurumlardır. Dört yıl süreli İmam-Hatip Lisesini bitiren öğrenciler için Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı (DİB) bünyesinde çalışma imkânı verilmektedir. Böylelikle liseyi bitiren öğrenciler erken yaşta mesleğe atılmakta ve imam hatip, müezzin kayyım ve Kur'an kursu öğreticisi olmaktadırlar. Bu noktada İmam-Hatip Lisesini bitiren öğrencilerin imamlık, müezzin kayyımlık ve Kur'an kursu öğreticiliği için yeterli eğitimden geçip geçmediklerinin tespiti ve toplumun her kesimine hitap edebilecek bir seviyeye gelip gelmedikleri konusu ele alınmıştır. Çalışmamızda Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı, personel ihtiyaçlarını yerine getirmek amacıyla en son 2014 yılında güncellenen“personel yeterlilikleri”kriterleri kullanılarak kız ve erkek öğrenciler için iki ayrı ölçek hazırlanmıştır. Toplumun dini hizmet ve ihtiyaçlarına en sağlıklı bir şekilde cevap vermek amacıyla belirlenen bu kriterlerden hazırladığımız ölçekler ile Çorum ili ve ilçelerinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin DİB personel yeterlilikleri algı düzeyleri çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmiştir. İmam-Hatip Lisesi son sınıfta okuyan 327 öğrenciye uygulanan ölçekte cinsiyet, hafızlık durumu, kaldıkları yer (ev, pansiyon), ikamet ettikleri yer (şehir merkezi, köy), tercih sebepleri, ailelerin gelir durumu olmak üzere göre altı bağımsız değişken kullanılmıştır. Bu anket sonucunda ulaşılan bulgular ise şöyledir: Erkek öğrencilerin kız öğrencilere göre, kendi tercihi ile okula gelen öğrencilerin diğer tercihler ile okula gelen öğrencilere göre mesleki yeterlilik algı düzeyleri daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Ayrıca öğrencinin hafız olup, olmama, kaldığı yerin ailesin yanı veya pansiyon olması, ikamet ettiği yerin (şehir merkezi veya köy olması) ve ailelerin gelir durumuna göre öğrencilerin mesleki yeterlilik algı düzeylerinin farklılaşmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak öğrencilerin DİB mesleki yeterlilik için belirtilen hangi konularda kendilerini yetersiz hissettikleri tespit edilip, öneriler belirlenmiştir.

Imam-Hatip High Schools (İHL), which is a vocational school at the level of secondary education and where religious education is given within the Ministry of National Education (MEB), provides training of Imam and orator for the purpose of official establishment. For the students who complete the four-year Imam Hatip High School, the working possibility is given within the Religious Affairs Administration (DİB). In this way, the students who finish high school are put into the profession at an early age and become imam, orator or muezzin kayyim and Qur'an course instructors. At this point, it was examined whether the students who had completed Imam-Hatip High School had been educated for the teaching of imam, muezzin kayyım and Qur'an course instructor and whether they had reached a level that could appeal to all segments of society. In our study, two different scales were prepared for male and female students by using personnel competencies criteria which were updated in 2014 in order to fulfill the personnel needs of the Presidency of Religious Affairs (DİB). In order to respond to the religious services and needs of the society the most healthy manner, the scales we prepared from these criteria and the perception level of DIB staff competencies of the students studying in Çorum province and their districts were examined in terms of various variables. In the scale applied to 327 students studying at Imam-Hatip High School, six independent variables were used according to gender, status of being hafız, place of residence (home, hostel), place of residence (city center, village), preference reasons and income status of families. As a result of this survey, the findings are as follows: Male students who come to this school by their own preference rather than the students who come to the school by other preferences, have higher levels of professional competence perception than the female students. In addition, it was determined that the students' level of professional competence did not differ according to whether or not the student was a hafız, reside with his/her family or in a hostel, his / her place of residence (city center or village) and the income level of the families. Finally, at which points the students felt themselves inadequate in the qualification subjects stated for the DİB professional qualification are established and the recommendations were determined.
