Özet
Araştırma Mart 2019-Haziran 2019 tarihleri arasında İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren özel bir hastanede görevli ve ameliyat sonrası evde bakım periyoduna geçmiş hastalara en az 24-48 saat arasında bakım hizmeti vermiş hemşireler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni Mart 2019-Haziran 2019 tarihleri arasında İstanbul ilinde faaliyet göstermekte olan özel bir firmada çalışmakta olan ve ameliyat sonrası dönemde aynı hastaya minimum 24-48 saat bakım vermiş evde bakım hizmeti veren hemşireler oluşturmaktadır. Evren içerisine yer alan hemşirelerden toplamda 200 hemşireye ulaşılmış ve çalışma grubuna dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmanın amacına göre veri toplama ve değerlendirmede nicel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Bu amaçla çalışma grubunda yer alan hemşirelerle yüz yüze görüşme gerçekleştirilmiş ve veri toplama araçları kapsamında yer alan soru ve ifadeler kendilerine yöneltilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesinde IBM SPSS 20 istatistik programı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılım gösteren hemşirelerin ve bakım verilen hastaların tanıtıcı özelliklerinin dağılımları frekans ve yüzde ile gösterilmiştir. Sonuç olarak araştırmaya katılım gösteren evde bakım veren hemşirelerin iş yükü seviyelerinin meslekte çalışma düzenine, evde bakım hemşireliği yapma süresine, son 30 gün içinde aynı hastaya verilen bakım süresine, son 30 gün içinde en sık bakım verilen bireyin evine ulaşım sağlanırken harcanan süreye, hemşirelerin daha önce bakım verilen bireylerden birisinin ölüm haberini almasına, evde bakım verilen hastanın yaşına, evde bakım verilen hastanın düzenli olarak kullandığı cihazın varlığına, evde bakım verilen hastanın hasta sınıfına göre değiştiği belirlenmiştir.

The search was conducted between March 2019 and June 2019 on nurses who were in a private hospital in Istanbul province and who had been cared for at least 24-48 hours for patients who had passed the post-operative home care period. A minimum of 24-48 hours of care was given to the same patient during the post-operative period and nurses who were not working at a private company operating in Istanbul between March 2019 and June 2019 were created. A total of 200 nurses from the nurses included in the universe have reached and been included in the Working Group. Quantitative methods were used in data collection and evaluation according to the purpose of the research. For this purpose, face-to-face interviews were conducted with the nurses in the Working Group and the questions and statements within the scope of the data collection tools were directed to them. The evaluation of the information obtained from the research was done with IBM SPSS 20 Statistics program. The distribution of the characteristics of the nurses involved in the study and the introductions of the nursing hospitals was demonstrated by frequency and face. As a result, the workload of nurses who participated in the research profession who have the level of care at home working in order to making the period of Nursing Home Care, which is the same hospital within the last 30 days maintenance period, the most frequent maintenance in the last 30 days that allows the individual's home when the transportation is provided, the elapsed time, to receive news of the death of one of the units previously nurses giving care, providing home care and the patient's age, the presence of the device that uses regularly in the home providing care to the patient, home care giver of the patient the patient class change was noted.
