Özet
Kur'an-ı Kerim'de, farklı kavramlar yer almaktadır. Bu kavramlardan biri de c-h-d- kökünden türemiş olan“cihad”dır. Çaba ve gayret sarf etmek anlamına gelen cihad, İslam inancına göre nefs, şeytan ve düşman zulmüne karşı Allah yolunda mücadele etmek demektir. Benzer manada kullanılan“kıtal”sözcüğü ise Kur'an-ı Kerim'de“savaş”anlamında ele alınmıştır. Dolayısıyla cihad, kıtal anlamını da içine alan geniş kapsamlı bir kavramdır. Bu kavramlara dikkat çeken müfessirlerden biri de Fî Zılâli'l-Kur'an (Kur'an'ın Gölgesinde) isimli tefsirin müellifi Seyyid Kutub'dur (ö.1966). Seyyid Kutub, İslam coğrafyasında itibar gören ve yazdığı eserler bakımından hala etkisi olan önemli bir şahsiyettir. Onun yaşamış olduğu dönemde, müslümanların yeterli bir güce ulaşamaması ve İslam toplumunun sıkıntılar çekmesi, tefsirinde bu konu üzerinde yoğunlaşmasını etkili kılmıştır. Çünkü o, müslümanların buhran içinde olmasını Kur'an'ın yeterince anlaşılmadığına ve hükümlerinin yeterince tatbik edilmediğine bağlamaktadır. Seyyid Kutub; bütün boyutlarıyla birlikte cihadı, hayatın her alanında yer bulması gereken bir mücadele olarak görmektedir. Fakat o, yaşadığı dönemdeki müslümanların durumuna baktığında İslam'ın yeniden ilk günkü gibi yaşanması gerektiğini ifade etmiş; belirli bir İslâmî olgunluğa ve kuvvete eriştikten sonra ancak savaş boyutuyla cihadın gerekli olabileceğini ifade etmiştir. Bununla birlikte bazı müsteşrikler cihadı kastederek; İslam'ın bir savaş dini olduğu ve onun kılıç zoruyla yayıldığı iddiasını taşımaktadırlar. Hatta cihadla ilgili olarak; bütün insanların müslüman oluncaya kadar devam edeceği silahlı bir mücadele olduğu konusunda bir algı oluşturmaktadırlar. Bu yüzden Ortadoğu İslam coğrafyasında yer alan bazı terörsel faaliyetleri de buna dayandırmaktadırlar. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmada; Seyyid Kutub'un, Kur'an-ı Kerim'de geçen cihad/kıtal ayetlerini tefsir etmesinin bu şekilde yorumlanıp yorumlanamayacağı ve Ortadoğu'da kaleme alınmış bir eser olan Fî Zilâl'il Kur'an'da, bu kavramların nasıl ele alındığı araştırılmak istenmiştir.

The Quran, which was sent as a guide to humanity, used some concepts for the peace of human and society. One of these concepts is the c jihad den derived from the root of chd. Jihad, which means effort and effort, means fighting against Allah in the path of Allah against evil, evil and enemy oppression according to Islamic belief. The word dı continent“was used in the Quran to mean ise war”. Therefore, jihad is a comprehensive concept that includes the meaning of the continent. One of the commentators who draw attention to these concepts is Sayyid Qutb (d.1966), the author of the Fî Zilâl al Quran" (In the Shade of the Quran). Sayyid Qutb is an important figure who has a reputation in Islamic geography and his works are still effective today. The author cannot be considered independent from the period in which he lived. The geography of the region affected him. The fact that he saw that the Muslims were different from each other and that the Islamic society suffered from this problem made it possible for him to focus on this subject in his tafsir. For he attributed the fact that the Muslims were in crisis and the Koran was not sufficiently understood and the provisions were not sufficiently enforced. Seyyid Qutb looked at the situation of Muslims in his time and that Islam should be experienced as it was in the first day. However, he stated that jihad may be necessary after the war. Therefore, according to Sayyid Qutb, jihad appears to be understood as a struggle that should be in every aspect of life. Islam is a religion of peace. Some orientalists, however, refer to the jihad; They claim that Islam is a religion of war and spread by the power of the sword. They even create an armed struggle that all people will continue until they become Muslims. Seyyid Qutb commented on the concept of jihad and how these concepts were dealt with in the Fî Zilâl al Quran. This is the purpose of the research.
