Özet
Bu tez, Demokrat Parti IX. X. ve XI. Dönemlerinde Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisinde görev alan Manisa milletvekillerinin özgeçmişleri ve meclisteki siyasi faaliyetlerini içermektedir. Tez çalışması, giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuç kısmından oluşmaktadır. Tezin giriş kısmında 1946 yılından 1950 yılına kadar olan çok partili hayata geçiş süreci ele alınmıştır. Demokrat Partinin nasıl bir ortamda ortaya çıktığı, Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi ile yaşadığı görüş ayrılıklarına yer verilmiştir. Tezin birinci bölümünde, Demokrat Parti Manisa milletvekillerinin IX. Dönem meclis faaliyetlerine yer verilmiş, meclisteki konuşmaları, kanun teklifleri ve soruları ele alınmıştır. Bu faaliyetlerden yola çıkarak Manisa ve ülke yönetimiyle ilgili çıkarımlarda bulunulmuştur. Tezin ikinci bölümünde, X. Dönem meclis faaliyetlerine yer verilmiş, meclisteki konuşmaları, kanun teklifleri ve soruları incelenmiştir. Tezin üçüncü bölümünde, XI. Dönem meclis faaliyetlerine yer verilmiş, meclisteki konuşmaları, kanun teklifleri ve sorularından yola çıkarak Manisa'ya ve ülkeye olan hizmetleri değerlendirilmiştir. Tezin sonuç bölümünde, Manisa milletvekillerinin faaliyetleri değerlendirilmiş, iktidar muhalefet ilişkileri göz önünde bulundurularak Demokrat Parti yönetimi hakkında genel çıkarımda bulunulmuştur. Demokrat Partinin muhalefetten iktidara gelişi, iktidardan askeri darbeyle indirilişi süreci incelenmiş, bu sürece sebep olan durumlar ortaya konmuştur.

This thesis is the Democratic Party IX. X. and XI. Period involved in political activities in Turkey Grand National Assembly includes the biographies of Manisa and parliamentary deputies. The thesis consists of the introduction, three sections and the conclusion part. In the introduction part of the thesis, the process of transition to multi-party life from 1946 to 1950 is discussed. What the Democratic Party emerged and the differences of opinion with the Republican People's Party were included. In the first part of the thesis, the Democratic Party of Manisa deputies IX. The parliamentary activities of the term were discussed, the speeches in the parliament, the law proposals and questions were discussed. Based on these activities, deductions have been made about Manisa and country administration. In the second part of the thesis, the activities of the X. Period parliament were discussed, the speeches in the parliament, the law proposals and questions were examined. In the third part of the thesis, XI. The parliamentary activities of the term were discussed, and the services of the parliament and its services to the country were evaluated based on the speeches, legislative proposals and questions of the Assembly. In the conclusion part of the thesis, the activities of the deputies of Manisa were evaluated and a general conclusion was made about the administration of the Democrat Party considering the opposition relations. When the Democratic Party came to power from the opposition, the process of the reduction from power to military coup was examined and the situations that caused this process were revealed.
