Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı sporcuların istismarcı yönetim algıları ile antrenör-sporcu ilişkisi düzeylerinin belirlenerek, demografik değişkenlere göre karşılaştırılması ve aralarındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. İlişkisel tarama modelinde yapılan çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak Jowett ve Ntoumanis (2004) tarafından geliştirilen Antrenör Sporcu İlişkisi Ölçeği ve Tepper (2000) tarafından geliştirilen İstismarcı Yönetim Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini tesadüfi yöntemle belirlenen 488 gönüllü katılımcı oluşturmaktadır.Araştırma verilerinin değerlendirilmesinde öncelikle testlerin varsayımları incelenmiş; veriler t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (One Way ANOVA) ve Kruskal Wallis testi ile hesaplanmıştır. Sporcuların antrenörleriyle olan ilişkilerinin istismarcı yönetim algılarına olan etkilerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla da yapısal eşitlik modellemesi kurulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonucunda; sporcuların kendilerine yönelik sözlü ve sözlü olmayan olumsuz davranışlara maruz kalma düzeylerinin düşük, antrenör sporcu ilişkilerinin ise tüm boyutlarda yüksek düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Katılımcıların antrenör sporcu ilişkileri demografik değişkenlere göre incelendiğinde, cinsiyet, sporcu yaşı, branş ve antrenör cinsiyeti kategorilerinde anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca sporcuların istismarcı yönetim algıları ile sporcuların antrenörleriyle olan ilişkileri arasında tüm boyutlarda negatif yönde bir ilişki olduğu görülmektedir.

The aim of this study is to determine athletes' perception of abusive supervision and the level of the relationship between coach and athlete and to compare them according to demographic variables and to examine the relationship between them. In the study conducted in the relational survey model, the Coach-Athlete Relationship Scale developed by Jowett and Ntoumanis (2004) and the Abusive Supervision Scale developed by Tepper (2000) were used as data collection tools. The sample of the study consisted of 488 voluntary participants determined by random method. In the evaluation of the research data, the assumptions of the tests were examined first; the data were calculated with t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Kruskal Wallis test. Structural equality modelling has also been established in order to determine the effects of the relationships of the athletes with their coaches on the abuse perception. As a result of the research; it has been determined that the athletes' exposure to verbal and non-verbal negative behaviours was low, and the coach-athlete relations were high in all dimensions. When the coach-athlete relations of the participants were examined according to the demographic variables, significant differences were found in the categories of gender, age, branch and coach gender. In addition, it is seen that there is a negative correlation between athletes' perception of abusive supervision and their relationship with their coaches in all dimensions.
