Özet
Toplumsal cinsiyet kavramı feminizmin doğuĢundan beri onun alt dalı olarak ilerleyen günümüzde de baĢlı baĢına araĢtırılması ve tartıĢılması gereken bir konu olmuĢtur. Sadece kadın çalıĢmak tek elle alkıĢ çalma çabası olmasından dolayı erkeklik çalıĢmaları da feminizm doğrultusunda hız kazanmıĢtır. Kültürümüzün egemen düzenini oluĢturan erkeklik kavramı ile birçok değer yeniden inĢa edilmekte ve her geçen gün daha fazla güç kazanmaktadır. Günümüzde de toplumsal cinsiyet, kadın ve erkek olma kavramları toplumsal dönüĢümle birlikte farklı anlamlara bürünmektedir. Cinsiyetin toplum içerisindeki yeri kültür yapısı içerisindeki özelliklerine göre daha sivriltilerek seyirciye geçirmek ve bunu maddi kültür ile de desteklemek amaçlanmaktadır. Çoğu sinema filminde cinsiyet vurgu farklı Ģekilde yer bulmaktadır. Erkek ya da erkeklik temsilleri toplumsal süreçten etkilenerek ve değiĢerek verilmektedir. Bu çalıĢmada toplumsal cinsiyet kavramlarını feminizmle birlikte açıklayan kuramlara dayanarak, erkeklik kavramının zaman içindeki değiĢiminin Türk sinemasındaki yansıması örneklem olarak seçilen iki film üzerinden değerlendirilmiĢtir.ÇalıĢmada sinema mecrasında erkeklik olgusunun sunumu ile diğer kitle iletiĢim mecralarında farklılık olup olmadığı; gerçek hayat ve gündelik yaĢamda sinemada sunulanın aksine hegemonik erkeklik temsillerinin yansıması ve son olarak toplumsal yaĢamdaki değiĢimlerin etkisiyle baba figürüne yüklenmeye çalıĢılan yeni roller araĢtırma sorusu olarak belirlenmiĢ ve analiz edilmiĢtir

Since the birth of feminism, the concept of gender has been a subject that needs to be investigated and discussed in its own right. Masculinity studies have also gained momentum in the direction of feminism due to the fact t hat working only women is a one-handed applause. With the concept of masculinity, which constitutes the dominant order of our culture, many values are being rebuilt and gaining more power every day. Today, the concepts of gender, being a woman and a man take on different meanings with the social transformation. It is aimed to pass the place of gender in the society to the audience by being more sharpened according to its characteristics in the cultural structure and to support this with material culture. In most motion pictures, gender emphasis is found differently. The representations of man or masculinity are given by changing and influencing the social process. In this study, based on the theories explaining gender concepts together with feminism, the reflection of the change in the concept of masculinity over time in Turkish cinema was evaluated through two films selected as samples.In this study, the presentation of the phenomenon of masculinity in the media channel and whether there is a difference in other media channels; Contrary to what is presented in cinema in real life and everyday life, the new roles that are tried to be attributed to the father figure with the reflection of the representations of hegemonic masculinity and finally the changes in social life are identified and analyzed as research questions.
