Özet
Bu tez çalışması, İstanbul ilinde bulunan 250 TEP ve üzeri tüketim gerçekleşen 9 adet spor kompleksinde tüketilen enerjinin analiz edilmesi, etkin ve verimli kullanılmasına yönelik önlemlerini alınması, bina genelinde kullanılan sistemlerin teknik açıdan verimli işletilmesi, periyodik bakımlarının zamanında yapılarak az enerji tüketiminin sağlanmasına yönelik iyileştirmeler ortaya çıkaran bir çözüm ortaya koymaktadır. Enerji maliyetlerinin ülke ekonomisi üzerindeki yükünün hafifletilmesi, sera gazı emisyonunun azaltılması için; enerji kaynaklarının ve enerjinin kullanımında verimliliğin arttırılmasına yönelik enerji etütlerinin yapılması, tasarruf potansiyellerinin belirlenmesi oldukça önemlidir. Gerçekleştirilen analiz kapsamında tesislerin; ısıtma sistemleri, soğutma sistemleri, havalandırma sistemleri, aydınlatma sistemleri, mimari yapı, trafo ve elektrik dağıtım sistemlerinde verimliliği etkileyen parametreler incelenmiş, analizler yapılmış, ölçümler alınmış ve yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda alınan sonuçlar değerlendirilerek, önleme veya geri kazanma potansiyelleri ortaya konulmuştur. Etüt sonuçları kullanılarak uygulanabilecek önlem seçenekleri, teknik ve ekonomik özellikleri ile analiz edilmiş ve verimlilik artırıcı projeler oluşturulmuştur.

This thesis study analyzes the energy consumed in 9 sports complexes consuming 250 TEO and above, taking measures for effective and efficient use, technically efficient operation of the systems used throughout the building, periodic maintenance and improvements in order to ensure low energy consumption. reveals a solution. To reduce the burden of energy costs on the economy of the country, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions; to conduct energy surveys aimed at increasing efficiency in the use of energy resources and energy, to determine the potential for savings is very important. Within the scope of the analysis, the parameters affecting efficiency in heating systems, cooling systems, ventilation systems, lighting systems, architectural structure, transformer and electrical distribution systems were examined, analyses were made, measurements were taken and the results of the studies were evaluated and the potential for prevention or recovery were revealed. By using the results of the study, the measure options, technical and economic characteristics were analyzed and productivity enhancing projects were created.
