Özet
Turizm ilk başlarda insanların gezme, yeme-içme, konaklama ve benzeri ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak amacıyla ortaya çıkmıştır. Tarihsel süreç içerisinde artan ve farklılaşan ihtiyaçlar, teknolojinin gelişimi ve ulaşım imkanlarının artması gibi etkenler doğrultusunda, turizm de biçim değiştirmiş ve hizmet sektörünün önemli bir parçası olarak ekonomik anlamda önemini artırmıştır. Geleneksel turizm yaklaşımları artan talep ve farklılaşan ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda yetersiz kalmış, bu noktada çevreye daha duyarlı bir yaklaşımla alternatif turizm ve sürdürülebilir turizm kavramları ortaya çıkmıştır. Toplumun sosyal ve ekonomik birçok ihtiyacını karşılayan, tarihi, kültürel ve arkeolojik değerlerin korunmasında olumlu etkiler yaratan ekolojik hassas alanların korunması ve geliştirilmesinde de sürdürülebilir turizm yaklaşımları ve alternatif turizm faaliyetleri önem kazanmıştır. Kontrollü ve iyi bir yönetimle sürdürülebilir turizm faaliyetleri korumaya katkı sağlayacaktır. Bu çalışmada ekolojik hassas alan olan Bursa İline bağlı Gölyazı yerleşimi sürdürülebilir turizm kapsamında değerlendirilmiş ve örneklem alana ilişkin koruma ve kontrollü turizm gelişimine yönelik öneriler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Yerleşimde sürdürülebilir turizmin gelişebilirliğini tespit etmek amacıyla alanın sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik ve fiziksel özelliklerini ortaya koymaya, yerel halkın yaklaşımını ve ziyaretçilerin beklentilerini sorgulamaya yönelik olarak, hane halkı, ziyaretçi ve işletmeci anketi olmak üzere üç tip anket yapılmıştır. Anket yoluyla elde edilen verilerin analizinde yüzde, güvenilirlik analizi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, ki-kare ve t testi istatistiksel yöntemleri kullanılmıştır.

Tourism initially has emerged to meet people's travelling, eating-drinking, accomodation and similar needs. Tourism has also changed its form in line with the increasing and differentiating needs in the historical process and factors such as the development of technology and the increase of transportation opportunities and has increased its economic significance as an important part of the service sector. Traditional tourism approaches are inadequate in line with increasing demand and differentiated needs. At this point, the concept of alternative tourism and sustainable tourism has emerged with a more environmentally sensitive approach. Sustainable tourism approaches and alternative tourism activities have gained importance in the protection and development of ecologically sensitive areas that meet the social and economic needs of the society and which have positive effects on the conservation of historical, cultural and archaeological values. Sustainable tourism activities with a controlled and good management will contribute to the conservation. In this study, Gölyazı settlement of Bursa, which is an ecologically sensitive area, has been evaluated within the scope of sustainable tourism and suggestions which are related to sampling area have been put forward for conservation and controlled tourism development. In order to determine the development of sustainable tourism in the settlement, three types of questionnaires which are namely household, visitor and operator questionnaire were carried out to reveal the social, cultural, economical and physical characteristics of the area and to question the expectations of the visitors and the local people's approaches. Percent, reliability analysis, one-way variance analysis, chi-square and t-test statistical methods were used in the analysis of data obtained through the questionnaire.
