Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı beşinci sınıf öğrencilerinin 21. yüzyıl öğrenme becerilerine yaratıcı drama yönteminin etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırma amacı doğrultusunda ön test – son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen ile modellenmiştir. Çalışma 2017- 2018 eğitim-öğretim yılının bahar döneminde yapılmıştır. Muğla ilinin Menteşe ilçesine bağlı iki ortaokulda çalışmalar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada deney grubu öğrenci sayısı 17'dir. Kontrol grubu öğrenci sayısı 15'dir. Araştırmanın deney grubunda İnsan ve Çevre ünitesinin öğretiminde yaratıcı dramaya yönelik olarak planlanan sekiz etkinlik uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubunda ise dersler fen bilimleri ders kitabındaki etkinliklere göre işlenmiştir. Etkinliklerin uygulanması araştırmacı tarafından dört haftalık süre ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğrencilerin 21. yüzyıl öğrenme becerileri düzeylerini belirlemek için Gülen (2013) tarafından geliştirilen“21. Yüzyıl Öğrenme Becerilerinin Düzeyi Envanteri”kullanılmıştır. Ölçek dört alt boyut ve 33 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin alt boyutları;“Aktif öğrenme yeterlik düzeyi”,“Öğrenmeyi öğrenme becerisi yeterlik düzeyi”,“Problem çözme becerileri yeterlik düzeyi”ile“İşbirliği ve iletişim becerileri yeterlik düzeyi”dir. Ölçek deney ve kontrol grubuna uygulamalardan önce ön test olarak uygulanmıştır. Uygulamalar yapıldıktan sonra son test olarak uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS 22 programı kullanılmıştır.“21. Yüzyıl Öğrenme Becerilerinin Düzeyi Envanteri”den elde edilen verilerin normal dağılım gösterip göstermediği belirlenmiştir. Bunun için normallik analizi yapılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda; deney ve kontrol grubunda“Aktif öğrenme becerisi yeterlik düzeyi”ve“Problem çözme becerisi yeterlik düzeyi”alt boyutları ön ve son test puanları normal dağılım göstermiştir. Buna karşılık“Öğrenmeyi öğrenme becerisi yeterlik düzeyi”deney grubuna ait ön test puan dağılımı ve“İşbirliği ve iletişim becerileri yeterlik düzeyi”kontrol grubuna ait son test puanları dağılımı normal dağılım göstermemiştir. Normal dağılım gösteren testlerde Bağımsız t-testi analizi ve Bağımlı t-testi analizi yapılmıştır. Normal dağılım göstermeyen testlerde Mann-Whitney U- Testi ve Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Testi analizi yapılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesi neticesinde 21. yüzyıl öğrenme becerileri düzeyi envanteri ön test puanları için deney grubu öğrencileri ve kontrol grubu öğrencileri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamamıştır. 21. yüzyıl öğrenme becerileri düzeyi envanteri son test puanları için deney grubu öğrencilerinin ve kontrol grubu öğrencilerinin arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. 21. yüzyıl öğrenme becerileri düzeyi envanteri ön test puanları ve son test puanları deney grubu öğrencilerinin ve kontrol grubu öğrencilerinin arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamamıştır.

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of creative drama on five years students' 21st century learning skills. The research was modelled with a pretest - posttest control grouped quasi-experimental design. The research was carried out in the spring term of 2017- 2018 academic year in two secondary schools in Menteşe district of Muğla province. There were 17 students in the experimental group and 15 students in the control group. In the experimental group of the study, the course activities which are planned for creative drama were used in the teaching of Human and Environment unit. In the experimental group, the course was conducted for four weeks with eight activities according to the creative drama. In the control group, the subjects were also taught by the researcher for four weeks according to the activities in the science textbook. In order to determine the students' 21st century learning skills levels,“The Inventory of the 21st Century Learning Skills Levels”scale that had been developed by Gülen (2013) was used. The scale consists of four sub-dimensions and 33 items. The sub-dimensions of the scale; the level of proficiency in active learning, the level of the ability to learn to learn, the level of proficiency in problem solving skills and the level of competence in communication and communication skills. This scale was applied as pretest - posttest to the experimental and control groups. SPSS 22 program was used to analyze the obtained data. The normality analysis was performed to determine whether the data show normal distribution. It was found that“the active learning ability proficiency level”and“problem solving skill competency level”sub-dimensions, pre-test and post-test scores showed normal distribution. Hence, for both of the experimental and control groups, independent t-test and dependent t-test were applied for these two sub-dimensions. However,“the level of the ability to learn to learn”sub dimension in the experimental group and“the level of competence in communication and communication skills”post-test scores distribution did not show normal distribution. Therefore, on the analysis of these scores the Mann Whitney U-Test and the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test were applied. There was no statistically significant difference between the pretest scores of the experimental and control groups' 21st Century Learning Skills Levels. Likewise, there was no statistically significant difference between the pretest scores of the experimental and control groups' 21st Century Learning Skills levels. Unexpectedly, no statistically significant different was also found between the pretest and posttest scores of both of the control and experimental groups.
