Özet

Bu çalışma, bağlanma kuramı ve sosyal hizmet uygulamaları arasındaki etkileşimin ortaya çıkarılmasıyla birlikte erken dönemden itibaren bakım ve eğitim programlarının geliştirilmesi ve değerlendirilmesinin ayrım yapmaksızın çeşitli alanlardan hareketle mümkün olduğunca nitelikli araştırma ve değerlendirmelere dayalı bilgi ve bulguların bir sentezini yapmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bununla birlikte Türkiye'deki erken bakım ve okul hizmetlerindeki mevcut program, uygulama ve düzenlemelere değinerek bağlanma ilşkileri ekseninde sosyal hizmet bakış açısına yeni bir kavramsal bakış açısı geliştirme ve yerel bir anlayışın mümkün olup olamayacağı araştırmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır.Bu noktadaki temel gerekçelerin başında kapitalist küreselleşmenin toplumlarda meydana getirdiği değişimin kontrol ve denetiminde önemli bir rol üstlenen sosyal bilim çalışmalarının merkezine yerleşmeye başladığını düşündüğümüz bağlanma ilişkileri merkezli çalışmaların toplum sağlığı ve eğitim alanlarında etkisini arttırmış olmasıdır.

This study aims to make a synthesis of the development and evaluation of care and education programs from the early period based on the relationship between attachment theory and social work. The literature regarding social work practice and its development stages after the emergence of the attachment theory was reviewed to propose a new point of view in the education field as an aim of this study. A synthesis of prominent findings derived from other social science fields interested in this topic was made. Another aspect of the research is to determine if social services and a local understanding will be possible in the context of attachment relations that emphasize the real life experiences of the child with the current programs, practices, and regulations in early care and school services in our country. In the 1970s, the attachment theory reached its general form and there has been intensive research based on this theory especially in recent years. The main premise is that the social sciences, which play an important role in the control and supervision of change brought about by capitalist globalization in societies, have increased the influence of attachment theory in the fields of public health and education. We will try to discuss the need for a new and local conceptualization based on social service studies which have an important role in the control and obligations of the state in the social spheres in the first industrial societies in England and USA and which function as construction of an American image identical to modern capitalism.
