Özet

oz Bu tez araştırması Türkiye'de planlı dönemde sektörel yapısal değişimi ve bu arada bilgi toplumuna geçiş sürecini incelemektedir. Yine sektörel yapısal gelişimin ve bilgi toplumunun incelenmesinde, sosyo-ekonomik yapı değişimi birinci derecede ilgili olduğundan, çalışmanın 1. bölümünde genel olarak sektörel yapıda büyüme, kalkınma, gelişme ve Sosyo-Ekonomik yapı konusu incelenmekte; 2. bölümde 1. bölümdeki teoriler üzerinden Türkiye'de planlı dönemde sektörel yapısal değişim incelenmekte; CK^ncJX bilgi toplumu aşaması ile birlikte belli başlı sorunlarla konu değerlendirilip, sonuç ve öneriler de bu bölümde değerlendirilmektedir. Konu teknik yönden ise, yapılan incelemede getirilen düşüncelere kanıt sunmak amacıyla, çeşitli araştırmalar ve örnekler üzerinden değerlendirilmektedir. Ayrıca kaynaklardan elde edinilen bilgilerde birden fazla aynı konu üzerinde çalışmalardan araştırılmakta ve farklı bakış açılarını da sorgulamaya çalışmaktadır. Örneğin gelişmiş ülkeler değerlendirilirken ABD, Japonya ve İngiltereden örnekler değerlendirilmektedir. Türkiye örneği üzerinde değerlendirilen bu tez çalışmasının iddiası ve konun ana amacı ise; bütün ülkelerin arzuladıkları bir gelişme olan gelişmiş ülke olma konusu ve bilgi toplumuna ulaşma üzerinden değerlendirildiğinden, gelişmede temel şartın ülkelerin kendi gelişmelerini, kendilerine özgü kalkınma modelleri geliştirerek başarabileceklerini, Japonya ve benzeri örnekler üzerinden ispatlamaya çalışmaktır.

ABSTRACT İn this research's theis, you will find the sectoral changes within the planned period and access İn to the data and information public simultaneously at the study of structural changes in the sectors body and evaluation of information public, the Socio-economical changes are the most important subject in this respect and therefore improvement on sectoral structure, development, and Socio-economical structure are being studied chapter 1, and changes sectorel structure during planned period are being evaluated in chapter 2 and referring to the theories in chapter 1 and evaluation on major problems of certain subjects are being worked out together with the informations public stage, -jpeVidel' the results and recimmandation will be evaluated in this chapter respectively. If this subject is technically concered, the various stucdies are being evaluted as per examples in order to provide proves for the thoughts and meannings expressed in this study. Furthermore, the information and datas obtained from such sources are being used on more than one subjects and the diferent points of wiew are being judged in accordance with such info provided. For example, when developed contries are being evaluated in this respect, certain examples from USA, Japon and England are being worked out within those evaluations. As to the main subject and claim of this thes is in connection with the evaluation of examples concerning Turkey, We have determined that countries 111wich desire to become developed, should developed their own developments models and to act in accordance with their physical mental, natural and structural capacities in order to achieve it. Therefore, we have shown Japan and similar examples during performing our relevant studies and we came to the point of view that developing countries have to follow up the examples described in our concerning studies.
