Özet
Sınıfında mülteci öğrenci olan sınıf öğretmenlerinin yaşadığı problemlerin incelenmesine yönelik bu çalışma, betimsel tarama modelinde bir araştırmadır. Bu araştırmanın hedef evrenini Türkiye'de sınıfında mülteci öğrenci bulunan sınıf öğretmenleri, ulaşılabilir evrenini ise İç Anadolu Bölgesindeki illerde görev yapan ve sınıfında mülteci öğrenci bulunan sınıf öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemi amaçlı örnekleme türlerinden ölçüt örneklemeye göre Kırşehir, Kırıkkale, Çankırı, Kayseri, Ankara ve Eskişehir İl merkezi ve ilçe merkezlerinde sınıflarında mülteci öğrenci bulunan sınıf öğretmenlerinden oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada veriler, mülteci çocukların eğitim gördüğü sınıflarda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin yaşadığı problemleri tespit etmek amacıyla geliştirilmiş olan ölçek ile toplanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı geliştirilirken pilot çalışma, Yozgat il merkezinde, sınıflarında mülteci öğrenci olan sınıf öğretmenleri ile gerçekleştirilmiş, asıl uygulamalar ise pilot çalışmada yer almayan Kırşehir, Kırıkkale, Çankırı, Kayseri, Ankara ve Eskişehir il ve ilçe merkezlerinde göçmen öğrencilere sahip olan sınıf öğretmenleri ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya göre erkek öğretmenlerin, kadınlara oranla sınıf içinde mülteci öğrencilerle ilgili daha çok problem yaşadıkları belirlendi. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin sınıf içi problem ölçeğinden aldıkları puanların mezun oldukları fakülte ve bölümlerden bağımsız olduğu, mesleki kıdemi 6-10 yıl olanların, 25 yıl ve üzerinde kıdeme sahip öğretmenlere göre sınıf içinde daha çok problem yaşadıkları görülmektedir. Ayrıca yine sınıf öğretmenlerinin sınıf içi problem ölçeğinden aldıkları puanların, öğrenim düzeylerinden, okuttukları sınıf düzeylerinden ve mülteci öğrencilerin uyruğundan bağımsız olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

This study is a descriptive survey model that examines the problems experienced by classroom teachers who have refugee students in their classrooms. This research's target population is the classroom teachers who have refugee students in their classrooms Turkey, while the accessible universe is the classroom teachers working in the provinces in Anatolia and who have refugee students in their classes. The sample of the study consisted of class teachers who had refugee students in their classrooms in the central districts of Kırşehir, Kırıkkale, Çankırı, Kayseri, Ankara and Eskişehir. In this study, the data were collected with the scale developed to determine the problems experienced by the classroom teachers working in the classes where refugee children were educated. While the data collection tool was being developed, the pilot study was carried out with the classroom teachers who had refugee children in their classrooms in Yozgat and the actual applications were carried out with the classroom teachers who had refugee students in Kırşehir, Kırıkkale, Çankırı, Kayseri, Ankara and Eskişehir provinces which were not included in the pilot study. In the study, it can be said that male teachers have more problems with refugee students in class than women teachers. It is seen that classroom teachers' scores from the classroom problem scale are independent of the faculty and department they graduated from, and the teachers who have seniority of 6-10 years' experience more problems in the classroom than teachers with seniority of 25 or more. It was determined that the scores of the classroom teachers from the problem scale in the classroom were independent of their education levels, the classes they taught, and the nationality of refugee students.
