Özet
Toplumsallaşma sürecinde birey yaşadığı toplumun değerlerine ve kültürüne uyum sağlamaya ve bu kapsamda toplumun kendisinden beklediği davranış kalıplarını içselleştirmeye çalışmaktadır. Ancak bu şekilde toplumsal uyum sağlanmış olacaktır. Bireylerin sosyalleşme sürecinin olumsuz sonuçlanması suç ve sapma davranışına neden olabilmektedir. Bu bağlamda sosyal bir problem olarak suç ve toplumsal bir tepki olarak ceza kavramları suç sosyolojisi açısından ele alınarak hükümlülerin toplumsal uyumlarında cezanın infazının bir şekli olarak denetimli serbestlik uygulaması incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Türkiye'de denetimli serbestlik uygulamasının hükümlülerin toplumsal hayata katılımlarındaki etkisinin sosyolojik olarak analiz edilmesidir. Bu bağlamda denetimli serbestlik ile erken salıverilen hükümlülerin sosyo-demografik özelliklerini belirlemek, bu özellikler ile suç ve sosyal uyum hususlarında ne gibi sorunlarla karşılaştıklarını anlamak ve denetimli serbestlik uygulaması kapsamında yürütülen çalışmaların hükümlülerin sosyal uyumuna katkısını incelemektir. Çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak Ankara Denetimli Serbestlik Müdürlüğü'nde denetimli serbestlik uygulaması kapsamında erken salıverilen 50 hükümlü ile derinlemesine görüşme yapılmıştır. Yapılan görüşmelerde yarı yapılandırılmış form aracılığıyla ve görüşme esnasında gözlem yapılarak veri toplanmıştır.

In the process of socialization, the individual tries to adapt to the values and culture of the society he lives in and to internalize the behavior patterns he expects from the society. Only in this way will the social cohesion be achieved. Negative results of the socialization process of individuals can lead to crime and deviation behavior. In this context, as a social problem, the concepts of punishment as a social and social response were examined in terms of the sociology of crime and probation practice was examined as a form of execution of punishment in convicts' social harmony. The main aim of this study was convicted of the probation implementations in Turkey is to analyze the sociological impact of their participation in social life. In this context, to determine socio-demographic characteristics of convicts under probation measure, to understand what problems they face with crime and social adaptation and to understand the contribution of the studies conducted within the scope of probation to the social adaptation of convicts. In line with the purpose of the study, in-depth interviews were conducted with 50 convicts with conditional release within the scope of probation in Ankara Probation Center. In the interviews, data were collected via semi-structured form and observation during the interviews.
