Özet
Bu araştırma, pilonidal sinüs ameliyatı geçiren teknik olarak primer kapatma yöntemi kullanılan hastalara verilen taburculuk eğitiminin Gordon'un Fonksiyonel Sağlık Örüntüleri'ne (FSÖ), etkisini belirlemek amacıyla deneysel olarak yapıldı. Araştırmanın örneklemini toplam 70 hasta (35 müdahale grubu, 35 kontrol grubu)oluşturdu. Çalışmada verilerin analizinde yüzde, ortalama ki-kare testi, Mann Whitney U Testi ile ANOVA testi kullanıldı. Her iki grubun özellikler açısından benzer olduğu belirlendi. Müdahale gruba verilen eğitimin FSÖ'de yer alan parametrelere etkisi değerlendirildiğinde; sağlığı algılama ile ilgili parametrelerde hastaların tıbbi yardım istemeleri gereken durumları bilmede 1. görüşmede gruplar arasında farkın anlamlı olduğu(p=0.000);kontrol grubunun ameliyat sonrası beslenmesinde değişiklik yaptığı, 1. ve 2. görüşmede gruplar arasında farkın anlamlı olduğu ( p0.05) ancak baş etme ve stres ile ilgili parametrede müdahale grubunun stresle baş etme yönetmelerinin kontrol grubundaki hastalardan 1. görüşmede daha etkili olduğu belirlendi ( p

This study was conducted experimentally to determine the effect of discharge training provided to patients who underwent pilonidal sinus surgery using the primary closure technique on Gordon's Functional Health Patterns (FHP). The sample of the study consisted of 70 patients (intervention group of 35 subjects, control group of 35 subjects). In the study, percentage, mean, chi-square test, Mann Whitney U test and ANOVA test were used in the analysis of the data. Both groups were found to be similar in terms of characteristics. When the effect of the training provided to the intervention group on the parameters in the FHP was evaluated, it was determined in the parameters of health perception that the difference between the groups in terms of knowing the conditions to request medical health was significant at the first interview (p=0.000), the control group made changes in their diets after the surgery and the difference between the groups was significant at the first and second interviews (p0.05); however, in the parameter of coping-stress, the methods of coping with stress of the intervention group were more effective than that of the control group at the first interview (p
