Özet
Bu çalışmada 2008 Mortgage Finansal Krizin'den yola çıkılarak, konusu 2008 krizi olan Capitalism A Love Story, Inside Job, Margin Call, The Big Short, Too Big To Fail son olarak Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps filmlerinden yararlanılarak ABD'de yaşanmış 2008 Mortgage Krizi'nin kimin krizi olduğu incelenmiştir. Çalışmada mortgage krizinin ABD hükümetinden mi yoksa kapitalist sistemden mi kaynaklandığının bir incelemesi yapılmıştır. Değişken olarak seçilen altı filmin nitel analiz yöntemiyle içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Filmlerin çoğunluğu kapitalist sistemi eleştirmiş ve 2008 Mortgage Krizinin kapitalist sistemden kaynaklı olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Ancak tez çalışmasının geneli okunduğunda krizin ABD hükümetinden kaynaklandığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

This study examined the US Mortgage Financial Crisis by making use of the movies“Capitalism A Love Story, Inside Job, Margin Call, The Big Short, Too Big To Fail and the latest Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps”which the subjects are Financial Crisis in 2008 . The study examined the US Mortgage Financial Crisis whether it is derived from the US government or the capitalist system. Qualitative analysis was done for content analysis by selecting those 6 movies as variables. The movies mostly criticize capitalist system and concluded that the US Mortgage Financial Crisis in 2008 was derived from Capitalist System. However, when the thesis is read in general, it will be concluded that the crisis was derived from the US government.
