Özet
Bu çalışma iki ana problem çerçevesinde yürütülmüştür. Bunlardan birincisi, genel olarak“somut işlemler”devresine özgü bir Piaget Bilişsel Gelişim Testi'nin (PBGT) WISC-R zeka testi ile ilişkisinin olup olmadığı problemi İkincisi ise, PBGT'nin standardizasyonu ile ilgili bir başlangıç çalışmasının yapılması problemidir. Bu problemle ilgili olarak 7-11 yaşları arasında 100 ilkokul öğrencisine PBGT ve WISC-R testleri uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler çeşitli istatistik analizlere tabi tutulmuştur. Standardizasyon çalışmaları ile ilgili olarak item zorluk sıralaması, itemler üzerinde değişiklikler yapılması ve normların tespiti yönünde çalışmalar yapılmış, ayrıca testin güvenirliği de yarıya bölüm (split half) ve Pearson korelasyon analizleri ile desteklenmiştir. PBGT'nin WISC-R zeka testi ile korelasyonun olup olmadığı konusunda ise elde ettiğimiz sonuçlar bize dağınık bir korelasyon tablosunun varlığını göstermiş olsa da araştırmanın hipotezi ile ters düşmemektedir. Özetle, çalışmamızın sonuçlarına göre PBGT, WISC-R zeka testi ile ölçülmesi amaçlanan zeka anlayışından daha farklı bir zeka ölçümü anlayışına sahiptir. Ve standardizasyon çalışmalarının sonuçlanması ile da zeka sahasında alternatif bir ölçüm aracı olarak yerini alacaktır.

This study was carried out within the framework of two main problems. The first is the problem of whether a Piaget Cognitive Development Test (PBGT) specific to the“concrete operations”period is a correlation between to the WISC-R intelligence test. The second is the problem of conducting an preliminary study on the standardization of PBGT. Regarding this problem, PBGT and WISC-R tests were applied to 100 elementary school students aged 7-11. The data obtained were subjected to various statistical analyzes. Regarding standardization studies, studies have been carried out for item difficulty ordering, changes on items and determination of norms, and the reliability of the test has been supported by split-half reliability and Pearson correlation analysis. Although the results we obtained regarding whether there is a correlation with PBGT's WISC-R intelligence test showed us the presence of a scattered correlation table, it does not contradict with the hypothesis of the research. In summary, according to the results of our study, PBGT has a different intelligence measurement understanding than the intelligence understanding that is aimed to be measured by WISC-R intelligence test. And with the conclusion of standardization studies, it will take its place as an alternative measurement tool in the intelligence field.
