Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırmada Bağ-Kur un sosyal güvenlik sistemi içindeki yeri incelenmiştir. Araştırmamızın kavramsal ve kuramsal çerçevesinde sosyal güvenlik ve onunla ilgili kavramlar açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra sosyal güvenliğin tarihsel gelişimi, Eski Çağlardan günümüze kadar sunulmuştur. Ülkemizdeki sosyal güvenlik kurumları incelenip Planlı Dönemlerde sosyal güvenliğin yapısı incelenmiştir. Ülkemizdeki sosyal güvenlik kurumlarından Bağ-Kur araştırmamızın inceleme alanını oluşturmaktadır. Bağ-Kur. esnaf, sanatkarlar ve diğer bağımsız çalışanların sosyal güvenliklerini karşılamak için kurulmuştur. Bağ-Kurun kapsamı üyelerine sağladığı imkanları, finansman yapısı sosyolojik açıdan incelenip değerlendirilmiştir.

IX SUMMARY In this Research the institution of Bağ-Kur as a social system has been examined In the frame work theoretical the social security and its related concepts also have been explained. To do this, it is thought that a historical perspektif is heeded. Therefore, the development of social security system from antiquity to present Turkish. Social security is presendet. its structure has been investigated within the planned periods of the years. In Turkey, Bağ-Kur is one of there social security institutions. It was established, the need of the benefits of tradesman, artisans and other independant workers in other words they are national members of this instution. The inclusion of Bağ-Kur and its opportunities which are given to its members and financial structure of this institution have been investigatedand evaluated from the socialogical aspect.
