Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırma prenatal dönemde çiftlerin maternal ve paternal fetal bağlanma durumları ve etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı tipte planlanmıştır. Gereç ve yöntem: Araştırma, Giresun Üniversitesi Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastalıkları Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde yürütülmüştür. Araştırma örneklemini Mayıs-Eylül 2019 tarihleri arasında Giresun Üniversitesi Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastalıkları Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi kadın doğum polikliniğine başvuran 227 çift (454 kişi) oluşturmuştur. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan yapılandırılmış veri toplama formu ile Maternal ve Paternal Fetal Bağlanma Ölçeği (MFB ve PFB) ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS.23 paket programı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Çalışmaya katılan gebelerin Maternal Fetal Bağlanma (MFB) puan ortalamaları 4,11±0,416; eşlerin Paternal Fetal Bağlanma (PFB) puan ortalamaları ise 3,82±0,523'dir. Gebeler ve eşlerinde MFB ile PFB puanları arasında orta düzeyde pozitif yönde anlamlı doğrusal bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır (r=0,586; p

Aim: This study was designed as a determining of the couples' maternal and paternal fetal attachment conditions and ıts affecting factors in prenatal period. Material and methods: The study was conducted in Giresun University Gynecology and Pediatrics Training and Research Hospital. The study sample consisted of 227 couples (454 people) who applied to the gynecology outpatient clinic of Giresun University Obstetrics and Gynecology Training and Research Hospital between May and September 2019. The data were collected using the structured data collection form prepared by the researcher and the Maternal and Paternal Fetal Attachment Scale (MFB and PFB). The data obtained were evaluated using SPSS.23 package program. Results: Maternal Fetal Attachment (MFB) scores of the pregnant women participated in the study were 4,11 ± 0,416; The mean score of Paternal Fetal Attachment (PFB) of the spouses was 3.82 ± 0.523.
