Özet

Ebû Abdullâh Mâlik b. Enes el-Asbahî el-Medenî'nin (ö. 179/795) el-Muvatta isimli kitabı, hadîs sahasında tasnif edilen ilk eserlerden biri sayılır. Bu eser İmâm Mâlik'in fıkhî görüşleriyle ilgili bilgi kaynaklarından bir olarak kabul edilir. Muvatta isimli bu eser, Hz. Peygamber'e (s.a.s.) dayandırılan muttasıl ve munkatı' hadîsleri, sahabenin ve Medine ehlinden olan tabiinin ve tebi tabinin sözleriyle görüşlerini ihtiva etmektedir. Dolayısıyla hacimli bir eser özelliğine sahiptir. Bu durum bazı alimleri bu eserin muhtasarını yapmaya sevk etmiştir. Ebu'l-Hasen Ali b. Muhammed b. Halef el-Kâbisî el-Mu'âfirî'nin el-Mulahhis adlı kitabı da Muvatta'nın ihtisarlarından biridir. el-Mulahhis adlı bu eserin daha önce yapılmış bir tahkiki olmakla birlikte metninin eksik olması, içinde pek çok yanlışların bulunması, muhakkikin sadece iki nüshaya itibar etmesi vb. sebeplerden dolayı eseri yeniden tahkik etmeye karar verdik. Zira bunca öneme sahip bir esere ait bir tahkikin en azından mükemmele yakın olması ve yanlışlardan uzak bulunması gerekir. Araştırmamızda öncelikle kütüphane dizinlerini inceleyerek ve uzmanlara sorarak kitabın tüm el yazmalarına ulaşmaya çalıştık. Bu bağlamda dünyanın farklı yerlerindeki nüshaları toplayarak 12 adet el yazması nüshayı elde ettik. Böylece sağlam ve güvenilir metni tespit etmemize yarayacak pek çok değerli nüshaya ulaşmış olduk. İkinci olarak ise; müʿellifin, kitabını kaleme alırken takip ettiği yazım metodunu ve en doğru metni ortaya koymak için el yazmalarını inceledik. Eseri tahkik ederken bir nüshayı asıl olarak kabul ettik. Üçüncü olarak ise; orijinal nüshanın kopyasını alarak diğer nüshalarla karşılaştırdık. Çalışmada sadece nüshaların farklılıklarını göstermekle yetinmedik, bunun ötesinde kitap hakkında bazı yorumlarda da bulunduk. Ayrıca hadîs-i şeriflerdeki bazı“garib”kelimeleri açıklama ihtiyacı hissettik ve tahkik faaliyetimizi tamamlayıcı ve desteklayici olan eklerle söz konusu çalışmamızı nihayete erdirdik.

The book of Al-Muwatta', which was authored by Abu Abdullaah, Maalik ibn Anas Al-Asbahi Al-Madani (died 179 AH) is considered one of the first works in the science of Hadeeth (Prophetic traditions), and it is one of the sources to know the jurisprudential (Fiqh) views of Imaam Malik. Al-Muwatta' contained Ahaadeeth (pl. Hadeeth) that trace back to the Prophet, may Allah exalt his mention, whether they had a discontinuity (in the chain of narrators) or were soundly connected, and the sayings and opinions of the companions, and the generation who came after them from the people of Al-Madeenah. These situations made some Imaams summarize it, and they limited the summarized versions to mentioning the narrations that trace back to the Prophet, may Allah exalt his mention. Amongst the books that summarized Al-Muwatta', it is the summary of Abu Al-Hasan, 'Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Khalaf Al-Ma'aafari Al-Qaabsi (d. 403 AH). The researcher considered making it a project to coincide with and make sure it conforms to the transcribed version of the original book. This is because it had not been previously published as a verified version, and the researcher deemed this to be important. Additionally, it was the first book to come out as a summary to Al- Muwatta'. There are more reasons which are added to this study that will be clarified in the study. The work done by the researcher was to collect all transcribed copies of the books from all over the world, by following the indexes and asking the specialists. The result of this effort was that 12 manuscripts of the copies of the book became available to him. In the second place, the researcher's work was to study the author's method in his book, then checked the written copies to adopt one of them as the most correct, and to take a version from amongst what is available to be used as the original in the investigation. In the third place, his work was to copy the original transcribed version and coincide it with all the transcribed versions of the book. The researcher did not limit himself to proving the differences of transcription, but he went beyond that to comment on the book, such as the differences in the narrations of Al-Muwatta' in some terms, and explaining the ambiguous words in the Prophetic narrations, and other aspects of studying the book. The researcher concluded the study by adding appendices that complement the investigation.
