Özet
Emir ve nehiy kavramı genel olarak ihtiva ettikleri manalar hasebiyle geniş hacimli bir konudur. Kur'ân-Kerîm'in nâzil olmasından bu yana bu konuda çok sayıda eser yazılmış, çalışmalar ortaya konmuş ve hâlâ da bu çalışmalara yenisi eklenmektedir. Nitekim emir ve nehiy insan hayatının, özellikle de dinî hükümlerin anlaşılması noktasında belâgat çalışmalarının önemli konusudur. Konunun önemine binâen gerçekleştirilen bu tez çalışmasında emir ve nehiy konusunun daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için öncelikle Arap dili ve belâgatı çerçevesinde emir ve nehiy konusu tartışılmış, emir ve nehiy sîgalarından bahsedilmiştir. Arap dilinin zenginliğinin yansıdığı Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'den örneklerle emir ve nehyin aslî anlamı dışında pek çok kullanımının olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Dolayısıyla yapılan çalışma Arap dilinde farklı anlamlara gelen emir ve nehyin kullanımlarını Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'de geçen ayetlerle ve hadislerden de örnekler verilerek ortaya koyması bakımından önem teşkil etmektedir. Nitekim emir ve nehyin aslî olmayan tüm anlamlarına karşılık Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'de pek çok ayetin olduğu görülmüştür.

The concept of command (al-amr) and prohibition (al-nahy) is such a significantly extensive subject because of the meanings they hold. Since the Quran was sent down, there has been written so many works. It has been broadly studied, and new researches are added day by day. However, the concept of command and prohibition is a considerably important issue of rhetoric studies in human life, especially perceiving the religious decrees. In regard to the significance of the subject, this thesis study investigated and discussed the concept of command and prohibition particularly in the frame of Arabic language and eloquence in an attempt to deeply understand the concept of command and prohibition. Additionally, the sîgas of the concept of command and prohibition were referred. It was established with examples from the Quran in which the richness of Arabic language reflected that there are quite range of usage patterns for the concept of command and prohibition apart from the real meaning of it. Therefore, this study is significant for revealing the use of the concept of command and prohibition which has different meanings in the Arabic language with the examples from the verses and hadiths in the Quran. In this regard, it was noted that there are many verses in the Quran for the meanings of the concept of command and prohibition apart from its real meaning.
