Özet
Amaç:Bu araştırmanın amacı, pedagojik sanat eleştirisi yönteminin öğrencilerin eleştirel düşünme becerilerine olan etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma 2020-2021 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Diyarbakır iline bağlı Çınar ilçesindeki bir ortaokulun 8. sınıfında öğrenim gören 2 şubedeki (A ve B şubeleri) 18 kız ve 27 erkek olmak üzere toplamda 45 öğrenci üzerinde yapılmıştır. Deney grubu 23, kontrol grubu ise 22 öğrenci içermektedir. Yöntem: Bu çalışmada uygulama öncesinde ve sonrasında deney ile kontrol gruplarında uygulanan ön test ve son test odaklı yarı deneysel model kullanılmıştır. Deney ve kontrol grubunun oluşturduğu 45 kişilik çalışma grubuna ön test ve son test olarak“Eleştirel Düşünme Ölçeği”ugulanmıştır. Deney grubuna pedagojik sanat eleştirisi yöntemi ile dersler işlenirken, kontrol grubuna ise müfredat eşliğinde dersler işlenmiştir. Bulgular: Araştırmada veriler sonucunda pedagojik sanat eleştirisi yönteminin öğrencilerin eleştirel düşünme becerilerine etkisine dair olumlu veya olumsuz sonucunun olup olmadığı, deney ve kontrol gruplarının ön test ve son test puanları karşılaştırılarak incelenmiştir.Deney grubundaki öğrencilere pedagojik sanat eleştirisi yöntemi ile kontrol grubunda ise sadece görsel sanatlar müfredat programı ile görsel sanatlar dersi işlendikten sonra eleştirel düşünme ölçeği son test olarak her iki gruba uygulanmıştır. Deney ve kontrol gruplarındaki öğrencilerin eleştirel düşünme ölçeği son test puanları arasında; analiz, çıkarım ve açıklama testlerinde anlamlı bir fark olmadığı(p>0.05); değerlendirme, yorumlama ve öz düzenleme testlerinde ise anlamlı bir fark olduğu(p˂0.05)görülmüştür. Sonuçlar: Görsel sanatlar dersinde ilgili konularda pedagojik sanat eleştirisi yöntemi ile ders işleyen öğrencilerin, bu derste MEB Görsel Sanatlar Ders Müfredatına göre ders işleyen öğrencilere oranla eleştirel düşünme becerilerinin arttığı görülmüştür.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to define the effect of the pedagogical art critic method on students' critical thinking skills. The research was performed on 18 female 27 male students (in total 45 students) who presently study at two classes (class A and class B) of a secondary school in Çınar district of Diyarbakır city. The experimental group contains 23 students and the controlling group contains 22 students. Method: In this study, pre-test and post-test focused quasi-experimental model applied in experimental and control groups before and after the application was used. The“Critical Thinking Scale”was applied as a pre-test and a post-test to a study group of 45 people formed by the experimental and control groups. While the lessons were taught with the pedagogical art criticism method to the experimental group, lessons were taught to the control group along with the curriculum. Findings: As a result of the data in the study, whether the pedagogical art criticism method had positive or negative results on the effect of students' critical thinking skills was examined by comparing the pre-test and post-test scores of the experimental and control groups. After teaching the students in the experimental group the pedagogical art criticism method and the visual arts lesson with only the visual arts curriculum in the control group, the critical thinking scale was applied to both groups as a post-test. It was observed that There was no significant difference in analysis, inference and explanation tests (p> 0.05) among the students' critical thinking scale posttest scores in the experimental and control groups and there was a significant difference (p fark0.05) in their evaluation, interpretation and self-regulation tests. Conclusions: It was observed that the critical thinking skills of students who was taught by the pedogogical art critic method increased, in comparison with the critical thinking skills of students who was tought by MEB Visual Art Course Curriculum in the related topics of Visual Art Course.
