Özet
Dünyanın günden güne belirsiz bir geleceğe doğru yol alması, teknolojinin insan evriminin evrelerinden biri olarak belirmesi ve bizlerin donuk makinelerden insani niteliklere sahip fakat insandan daha kusursuz makinelere geçiş sürecinde olmamız gibi etmenler ontolojik sorgulamalara neden olurken“insan nedir?”sorusunun ele alındığı referans önemli bir kopuşa sahne olmaktadır. Batı dünyasının teknolojiye sunduğu sınırsız öncelik ile insani gelişim adına yürütülen yeni teknoloji (biyo/nano/teknoloji, nöro-farmakoloji vb.) uygulamalarının evrenselleşerek insan doğasını değiştirmesinin etik ve politik anlamda yeni adaletsizliklere yol açabileceği şeklinde ihtimaller dile getirilmektedir. Daha yalın bir anlatımla, dünyamızın aşırı süratle geçirdiği dönüşüm, hayatımızın her evresini etkilerken insanlık yeniden tanımlanmaktadır. Post-antropolojik felsefelerde bu durum önemli bir argümantasyon olarak araştırmamızda Adalet ne olacak? sorusuyla gündeme gelmektedir. Şimdinin karmaşık ve çok katmanlı yapısını post-antropolojik felsefeler eşliğinde mercek altına alarak post-human (posthümanizm, transhümanizm, antihümanizmin vd. bilimlerin heterojen manzaralarını içeren bir terimdir) ve adalete dair ufku genişleten argümanlar eşliğinde çağımızı okuyabilmeyi hedefledik. Post-human ve postmodern adalet dizgeleri üzerine inşa etmeyi planladığımız bu çalışmanın güzergahında postmodernizmin düşünce ve yönelimlerinin analiz edilmesine ve adaletin aktörü olarak insana ait potansiyel dönüşümlerin irdelenmesine yer verildi. Postmodern dönemde adalet ve özne fikrinde yaşanan değişim ve dönüşüme nelerin sebep olduğunu araştırarak ve bu değişimler sonucunda kimlik ve farklılıkların oluşumunda ve yapısında ne gibi farklılıklar meydana geldiğine ilişkin tutarlı düşünceler ileri sürmeyi hedefledik. Çalışmamız yeni insan metaforlarını konu edinerek güncel ve varsayımsal hususlar üzerinde bizleri özenle düşünmeye ve etik bir perspektiften insanı ve adaleti yeniden değerlendirmeye davet ediyor.

Factors such as the fact that the world is moving day to day towards an uncertain future, that technology appears as one of the phases of human evolution, and that we are in the process of transitioning from dull machines to machines that have human qualities but are more perfect than human beings, are causing ontological questions, while the reference to question“what is a human being?”is addressed the scene of an important break. With the unlimited priority offered by the Western world to technology, the possibilities are expressed that the universalization of new technology applications (bio/ nano/technology, neuro-pharmacology, etc.) carried out for human development may lead to new injustices in ethical and political terms. In a simpler expression, humanity is redefined while the transformation our world has undergone is affecting every stage of our lives. In post-anthropological philosophies, this situation is an important argumentation in our research“What will be justice?”comes to the agenda with the question. We aimed to examine the complex and multi-layered structure of the present in the light of post-anthropological philosophies and to be able to read our era in the light of arguments that broaden the horizons of post-human (posthumanism, transhumanism, antihumanism, et al. it is a term that includes heterogeneous landscapes of the sciences) and Justice. The course of this study, which we plan to build on post-human and postmodern justice systems, includes analyzing the thoughts and orientations of postmodernism and examining the potential transformations of human as an actor of justice. By investigating what caused the change and transformation in the idea of justice and subject in the postmodern period, we aimed to put forward coherent thoughts on what differences occurred in the formation and structure of identity and differences as a result of these changes. Our study invites us to think carefully about current and hypothetical issues by considering new human metaphors and to re-evaluate humanity and justice from an ethical perspective.
