Özet
Öz PROJE YÖNETİMİ VE DOKÜMAN KONTROL SİSTEMİ MERT, Fatih Ferhan Yüksek Lisans, Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi: Doç.Dr. Tayyar ŞEN Nisan 1997, 296 sayfa TÜBİTAK BİLTEN benzeri proje bazında çalışan kurumlarda, asıl problem bilişim eksikliğinden kaynaklanan koordinasyonsuzluktur. Bu tür organizasyonlar için proje yönetimi tekniklerinin kullanımı esas olarak gözükmekle beraber, kontrol ve izleme özelliklerinin olmaması nedeniyle çoğu zaman gereksinimleri karşılayamazlar. Bu çalışmada, gerekli koordinasyonu sağlamak amacıyla personel, proje, malzeme ve demirbaş ile doküman modüllerinden oluşan bir sistem geliştirilmiştir. Bu sistemin çekirdeğini, gerekli tüm teknik ve teknik olmayan dokümanları yöneten, doküman modülü oluşturmaktadır.

ABSTRACT A PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENTATION CONTROL SYSTEM MERT, Fatih Ferhan M.S., Department of Industrial Engineering Supervisor: Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tayyar ŞEN April 1997, 296 pages In many project driven institutions like TUBITAK-BILTEN, the main problem is simply lack of coordination due to insufficient information. Even though using project management techniques seems to be essential for these institutions, they can not meet the requirements most of the time because of the lack of control and monitoring features in these systems. In this study, in order to establish necessary coordination, a system composed of four modules, namely personnel, project, material and fixture, and document modules, was developed. The core of the system is the document module which manages all the necessary technical and nontechnical documents of projects.
