Özet
Bu çalışmada terörizmle mücadelede teknoloji yönetiminin etkileri ve önemini araştırmak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada literatür taraması yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ulaşılan sonuçlara göre teknoloji yönetimi, terörizmle mücadelede öncü güçlerden birisidir. İnsan sağlığını korumanın yanında siyasi ve ekonomik istikrar sağlamak adına terörizmle mücadelede teknoloji yönetimini etkili bir şekilde kullanmak gerekmektedir. Çalışmada etkili bir terörle mücadelenin şartları arasında başarılı bir şekilde yürütülen teknoloji yönetiminin varlığının yer aldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmada terörizmle mücadelede teknoloji yönetiminin yanı sıra teknolojiyi üretmenin önemi vurgulanmıştır ve Türkiye'nin kendi üretemediği teknolojilerde yaşadığı sorunlar örnek verilmiştir. Terörizmle mücadelede teknoloji üretimi aracılığıyla daha etkili bir şekilde mücadele verildiğinin vurgulanması, çalışmanın özgün değerini oluşturur. Literatürde yer alan bilgilerin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğunun kabul edilmesi çalışmanın sınırlılıklarını oluşturmaktadır.

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects and importance of technology management in counter terrorism. Literature review method was used in the study. According to the results, technology management is one of the leading forces in the counter terrorism. In addition to protecting human health, it is necessary to use technology management effectively in the counter terrorism in order to ensure political and economic stability. In the study, it was concluded that the existence of a successful technology management is among the conditions of an effective counter terrorism. In the study, the importance of producing technology as well as technology management in the fight against terrorism has been emphasized and the problems that Turkey has experienced in technologies that cannot be produced by itself are given as an example. Emphasizing that there is a more effective fight against terrorism through the production of technology creates the original value of the study. The results gained from the literature about the innovations and innovative initiatives have been accepted as true and this is the limitation of the survey.
