Özet
Bu çalışma Kur'an-ı Kerim tefsirlerinden birini ele alarak bu tefsirin belâğî yönünü incelemektedir. İşlenen tefsirin belâgat meselelerine değinmekteki birincil hedefi, Arap belâgatını fıkhî ve itikadî meselelerde kullanarak bu sayede Mutezile, Kaderiyye, Mürcie ve Cehmiyye gibi kelami mezheplerden hasımlarına cevap vermektir. Nitekim İmam Kassâb“en-Nüketu'd-Dâlle alâ'l-Beyân fî Envâi'l-Ulûm ve'l-Ahkâm”isimli tefsirinde kelam ehlinden hasımlarının görüşlerini çürütmeye çalışmış; tefsirinde sunduğu belâgat ilmine ilişkin katkılarının yanı sıra fıkıh, itikat, dil ve kıraat ilimlerine de katkıda bulunmuştur. Kassâb'ın tefsirinde geçen belâğî meseleler belâgat ilminin tefsir alanında bir uygulaması sayılmaktadır. Zira onun bu kitabı meâni, beyan ve bedî ilimlerinden birçok konuyu içinde barındırmaktadır. Bununla birlikte beyan konuları öne çıkmakta, özellikle hakikat ve mecaza ilişkin konular fikrî ve itikadî görüşlerle irtibatı nedeniyle daha yoğun görülmektedir. Bu tefsirin belâgat ilimlerinin olgunlaşmasından, tanım ve meselelerinin netleşmesinden önce telif edildiği de unutulmamalıdır.

This study deals with an interpretation of the Holy Koran and examines the rhetorical aspect of the Koran. The first purpose of the paper was to use the Arabic rhetoric in presenting issues of beliefs or those of doctrines and to respond to opponents of the theological doctrines, such as Mu'tazilah, Qadariyah, Murjiah and Jahmiyyah. In fact, Imam al-Qasab, in the interpretation marked with jokes indicating the statement in the types of sciences and rulings, attempts to refute the ideas of speech people, and in its interpretation - along with rhetorical benefits – included benefits in the sciences of jurisprudence, doctrine, language, and readings. The rhetorical issues of his interpretation are deemed a practical application of rhetoric in the field of interpretation. His book contains many issues of semantics, eloquence and al-Badi. In fact, there have been many issues of eloquence, especially the issues of truth and metaphor, as they are linked to intellectual and doctrinal opinions. The interpretation came at a stage in which the sciences of rhetoric were not fully developed, and its definitions and issues were not settled.
